      ******** recommend her business to me on a ******** post when I was searching for a company to assist with my move-out cleaning. I contacted her on a Sunday to see if she would be available on Wednesday morning. She informed me that she had another appointment that morning but could schedule my cleaning for approximately 1:00 pm. She also mentioned that she would send an invoice on Sunday night or by Monday at the latest. However, I never received the invoice.I reached out to her via text on Tuesday morning, the day before our scheduled appointment, to let her know I hadnt received the invoice and to confirm if we were still on for the next day. When I hadn't received a response within a few hours I called her directly. She answered, assured me that she would have her office manager resend the invoice, and confirmed that she would still be coming on Wednesday.The day of the appointment arrived, and by 1:00 pm, I still hadn't received any communication or the invoice. I began calling and texting her between 1:30 pm and 2:34 pm. In my first text, I even mentioned that her voicemail was full. On my second call attempt, I noticed she had cleared her voicemail, and the message her cell phone played said she was sending to voicemail. She never responded to any of my calls or text messages.Her failure to communicate her unavailability was both unacceptable and unprofessional. With my husband deploying soon, our priority was to spend our remaining time together, not dealing with an unexpected move-out cleaning. That evening, we were forced to scramble, repurchasing supplies we had already discarded or stored as it was too late to hire another service. If I had known in advance, I could have planned accordingly to avoid this last-minute stress.I chose to wait almost a week before posting this review, hoping she might offer an explanation or an apology. Unfortunately, no such communication has been received.
