I booked my appointment for a move-out clean nearly a month in advance. I spoke with the owner regarding timeline and she said to let her know if anything changes because she was willing to go in earlier or stay late, and would personally come out. The day before my appointment, she messages asking if my movers are done. I tell her no but they should be by the afternoon. I message her later asking if 4 pm would work for her, she said no problem. I had ******* show up to do a walk-through. I told her the problem areas, the rooms didn't need to be vacuumed because I already did it but the stairs needed to be done. She said no problem, it will only take a few hours. I leave to let them do their job. I get a message around 9 pm saying they will be done at 10 pm. I head over to the house so I can lock up and there is one lady there who was just now in the master bedroom. In 5 1/2hours, the only thing cleaned was the downstairs which really only needed to be wiped down which should've taken an hour tops. I message them and they send someone else out at 10 pm. I have no idea what time they left. I go back the next morning and it looks like nothing else was done. I message to ask if they were sending someone out to finish, she tells me they already finished. I tell her all the things wrong: the oven, stove, dishwasher, bathroom, stairs weren't vacuumed, dirt in the sink, etc. And to top it off when I walked up to the front door, there was a dirty sponge laying there. They send another crew out, another 3 hours and another poor job. I literally spent 3 hours cleaning what they didn't. I asked for a receipt, they read the message but I never got a response. They also ask that you pay up front via Venmo. I paid $375 for something that I could've done myself in less time and still had to clean myself. As for ************ who said that she would come out personally never happened. Poor cleaning and customer service. Definitely do not recommend.
