  I scheduled an appointment with a BCI representative to view an apartment i wanted to rent.They set a time for the same day, then texted at the last minute to reschedule for the following morning. I got a text the next morning saying that the tour would be cancelled if I didn't confirm within 30 minutes. It was sent very early before I was even awake . I was able to confirm just in time. I arrived at the site about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Waited until about 15 minutes past the time, then called their office. The person who answered sounded surprised, and asked which property I was looking at. I gave him the address. He never came or called. I texted a complaint to BCI. No one got back to me. The next morning I received an email saying " it was so nice to meet you yesterday. I look forward to working with you." Needless to say I am not planning to contact them again.

  Hello *******. Are you sure this is for BCI Properties? This property would have a self showing lockbox and not agent guided tour, plus this property is not available to show just yet. I do see an email from you inquiring about the rental property and a response from you saying you have reached out to a lot of places and wanted to verify the address, we were referencing about, that is still available. I do not see any reference about scheduling a tour for this property. Again, it is not available to tour just yet. The property you have inquired about with us is **********************************************************. If you have posted this review in error, please remove this. As I mentioned, there are email correspondences but nothing about showings, nor would we treat a prospective tenant that way. We have had scams on our vacant rentals, so maybe that was the number you contacted instead of BCI. We have 2 numbers for BCI to call for this property: ************ or ************. We do not advertise on ********** either. Any details you have to help us understand this complaint would be helpful.

  BCI has totally taken advantage of individuals using or receiving benefits from government. These people do not show their face they do everything online and leave your key I underneath a rock when I was finally able to get in after everything was paid and signed my son had to be admitted into the hospital because he's allergic to animals the people I guess before me that moved out had two big dogs not only that it was hardwood floor so it should not smell that bad my son was admitted into the hospital with high fevers due to allergies not only that I literally had to harass the company to change the carpet in one of the rooms which was the only room in the unit that had carpet when I went in the room there was fleas all over my sock I could not move in the unit for 3 months as they were charging me for rent when I finally came in the unit there was maggots all over the floor not only that my unit was the one right behind a septic tank which I have small children they could never play in the backyard because it was so bad nothing is leveled out and she specifically told me that I should move in this unit because there's a yard and there's more room my daughter suffered from a very serious condition at birth and she needed a bathtub ***** did not care all she wanted was to collect the money I never seen her face my daughter has a feeding tube she was never able to shower or bathe here I had to use the sink not only that the first few weeks of me moving in the sink sprayed up in my son's face and the ambulance had to come because he almost drowned because he didn't know how to turn it off. There was roaches which I complained about I put in work orders they were never ever responded to. I would call ***** from other phone numbers and she would answer but she would ignore me. Government and military officials now understand that BCI properties is connected to criminal activity along with burglaries and trafficking..
