BCI has totally taken advantage of individuals using or receiving benefits from government. These people do not show their face they do everything online and leave your key I underneath a rock when I was finally able to get in after everything was paid and signed my son had to be admitted into the hospital because he's allergic to animals the people I guess before me that moved out had two big dogs not only that it was hardwood floor so it should not smell that bad my son was admitted into the hospital with high fevers due to allergies not only that I literally had to harass the company to change the carpet in one of the rooms which was the only room in the unit that had carpet when I went in the room there was fleas all over my sock I could not move in the unit for 3 months as they were charging me for rent when I finally came in the unit there was maggots all over the floor not only that my unit was the one right behind a septic tank which I have small children they could never play in the backyard because it was so bad nothing is leveled out and she specifically told me that I should move in this unit because there's a yard and there's more room my daughter suffered from a very serious condition at birth and she needed a bathtub ***** did not care all she wanted was to collect the money I never seen her face my daughter has a feeding tube she was never able to shower or bathe here I had to use the sink not only that the first few weeks of me moving in the sink sprayed up in my son's face and the ambulance had to come because he almost drowned because he didn't know how to turn it off. There was roaches which I complained about I put in work orders they were never ever responded to. I would call ***** from other phone numbers and she would answer but she would ignore me. Government and military officials now understand that BCI properties is connected to criminal activity along with burglaries and trafficking..

BCI is terribly evil. ***** will answer calls only sometimes and then hang up when you try to tell her about the major issues of the apartment she just leased you. ******** apartments is full of roaches. They hide in the old wood until night time. We did not know about this major issue when we signed the lease. They absolutely know about this and just dont care. Even if your kids are sick they dont care. The apartment also had fleas even though its a pet free complex. You cant ever get a hold of any one higher up. The people who did the walk through 6 months in didnt seem to care about the issues. BCI lied and said maintenance issues were completed when they werent. Fleas carry tape worms and HIV if the last person they bit has it. Roaches carry 31 types of dangerous bacteria and are attracted to milk on a babies breath.

They leased us an apartment at ******** apartments that was full of Fleas and roaches from day 1. ***** the specific manager of the apartments knows about it and is lying if she says she doesnt. The residents that were there for 10-20years said its ok it drives the value down so the rent will stay low. Our children 3yrs and less then 1 at the time were sick the whole duration of our lease so we moved a whole month early. They never did a walkthrough with us and are blaming us for damage that was not caused by us. Terrible terrible company.

Air conditioning has been broke all summer despite initial report on June 2nd. Inexcusable the delays. The property manager is unresponsive and when she does respond gives irrelevant answers to questions. I asked where on the *** portal do I pay for "XX"? Her reply was "yes" - that's it. Nothing else followed. I asked again, "I dont see where I pay the $250 on my account." Her response, "It is your portal it has nothing to do with him as he has not signed a lease yet." Four roof repairs, damaged $1000 worth of equipment. Smelled of weed upstairs, complained about it for months. We were paying the electric **** all year, but didn't know they had the upstairs tenant on our ****. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. Just an overall bad experience.
