    When i signed up month to month, no one informed me that I needed to inform them 30 days to cancel. I told them in November that I wanted to cancel my membership and that I will be gone the December due to traveling. They informed me that I had to talk to a manger. I called them several times and I always get a call several days later. When I told them I no longer wanted to come and cancel my membership, they informed that they can put my membership on hold and look at other options, which I did. When I again informed them that i wanted to cancel my membership, they changed my expiration date and informed me that I need to pay for another month, when i no longer wants to come. Additionally, their equipment is quite dirty and there was several times that i found blood on the equipment. In conclusion, I keep trying to cancel my membership and I was not told of the 30 day policy when I signed up with *****.
