    ******** company who slanders good people. I contacted this company to inquire about a future rental after using them previously for several years before they were fired by the homeowner. I requested a prescreening to ensure I was okay for a rental. I was told by ******* this is not allowed and I have to do requests for viewings and pay for applications. I finally called ONCE and left a voicemail after sending requests through their website and emailing the manager ONE time. When I finally called and spoke to the manager, ** ***** and his words were "you are the talk of the office" and he proceeded to tell me he could "hear the panic in my voice" and to "find another company" before hanging up on me. I meet all the requirements, have never been late on a payment and have passed every inspection with them, ever. This is clearly a violation of civil rights AND slander. I am the talk of the office after one phone call to them with a requested return call 20 minutes later? RUN. As fast as you can!

    ********, thank you for speaking with me yesterday about finding you a rental urgently due to your current situation. I apologize we were unable to assist you better, as we spoke about with the communication our team was receiving over the previous days, the complications with the prescreening denials and the urgency we were attempting to accommodate did not align to your needs. I do want to clarify and agree that your call was transitioned to me due to our immediate attempt to work with you to fit your need for a rental. After several attempts and direction to schedule a viewing and find a possible solution, it was advised to look elsewhere for a timely resolve for a property, and at minimum, provide some direction for your urgent situation.
