    We called and went in the next day. We had great customer service from ******. We bought one bed and called back this afternoon to order another bed.

    While taking care of with the paperwork for our new mattress, we found ourselves sitting in the best egonomically-designed chairs, the **Chair, that we have ever sat in. ****** explained that they had initially purchased these chairs for their own use. They decided to become a dealer when they found customers were also interested in them. Again, we got a thorough explanation about the chair company, the differences between each style and how to adjust the chair for ones specific needs. We went home to think about it and do our own research, via the Internet. We went back to E.S.C. Mattress Center and with the same confidence we had in acquiring our new mattress, we purchased the chairs.

    We needed to replace our 17 year old memory foam mattress. Initially, we did our usual Internet search for information and the locations of area mattress businesses. We had a lot of information, but even after visiting a couple of stores, we were still very unsure of what we wanted/needed. ESC Mattress Center in ******* let ** feel very confident about making a decision. The owners, ****** and *******, are very aware that this is a major purchase for the customer, which is going to be used for a third of every day for years. ****** began by asking us a number of questions. Based on our answers, he started by having us test a number of mattresses from different companies. He is extremely knowledgable about the mattress industry and the products he sells. For close to three hours, ****** gave us his undivided attention. There was never a sense of being rushed or pressured. Our mattress will be delivered in two weeks. As ****** and ******* will be the ones unpacking and setting it up, I am sure all will work out perfectly. We gladly give ESC Mattress Center of ******* a five star review.

    Clean well organized store, knowledgeable professional sales help. Was impressed with ******* who helped us. No pressure, asked all the right questions, provided choices and lots of information. Lots of price choice. We would definitely shop there again. Was very impressed with everything overall.
