            On Monday Oct 25th, I contacted this business requesting limousine service for Saturday evening Oct 30th. On Tuesday, they responded with a higher price quote than the day before and said they could put me on a waitlist. When I was quoted a higher price, I cancelled my request. After canceling, Jaggarry then sent me a reservation number and charged my account. I tried to cancel again and asked for their phone number. Apparently they dont have a number. $561.14 was a pending charge on my account. Even though I cancelled, the money was taken from my account on Nov 1. And they refuse to refund my money. At no time did I authorize them to charge my account.
