    After reading these reviews I had to respond. My interaction was last February. My vehicle was new, still under warranty and I had free towing. GM told me they were sending out Rayan towing and theyd be there in 90 minutes. Never showed, tried to call- no answering machine, phone just rang. I called GM back multiple times who ran interference for me. Kept getting told a different time. I did research on them and at that time their license was expiring in 1 week. A big red flag and I was concerned about possible damage to my new vehicle if they didnt know what they were doing. Also they were in Edgewood, I lived in ******* and my car needed towing to ********. Really?! I canceled them thru GM late in the afternoon and was told they would still get paid even though they didnt show, just because they accepted the tow!!! Beware!

    Worst experience with a tow company. Said it would take 90 mins to arrive. Another 100 mins wait. Not able to get through by phone as to when they were to arrive.Finally, he called after I complained on the Road assistance site. Asking if I wanted to cancel instead of apologizing for long wait . Very rude and abrupt. They have poor reviews on BBB site. Don't use this Rayan towing.

    WORST COMPANY EVER!!! NEVER SHOWED UP TO TOW MY CAR AFTER I PAID. NO ONE ANSWERED THE ***** WHEN I CALL. VOICE MAIL FULL.

    Amed is a credit to Rayan Towing LLC. He was friendly, kind, fast working and simply delightful. I would definitely use this company again.

    Zero stars. They didnt show up as promised and the phone number we were provided went to voicemail which was full. This is not a reputable company.
