    Do not order from this company, find another product. They will never stop shipping it to you no matter how many times you contact them and tell them to stop. I'm an elderly woman on a fixed income. I can't afford this product and don't like it and have asked three times for them to stop sending it. I have 5 orders now and they refuse to stop shipping it.

    According to our records, you contacted our customer service team on July 11th. I can confirm that a full refund has already been issued for all the affected orders, and your subscription has been successfully cancelled. No further orders will be processed or shipped from August onward.

    Ordering was not simple BUT, when I got the **** Plus 8 I was startled at how well it worked. I had been suffering from dizziness of one full year and NOTHING that doctors did or prescribed worked. Within one week of taking **** Plus 8 I noticed a big drop in my dizziness. Within one month it was GONE. So, a BIG YEA for **** Plus 8!!*************************

    I would give them a negative if possible. Ordered their "Xitox" detox type product (6 months worth-supposedly better price) that you put on your feet. I waited the obligatory week, received 6 cans of something called "MetaLean Complete." The titles of the product aren't even in the same proverbial ballpark! Ar first I was told to repackage, reship the incorrect product back to them (at my time and expense...), then they would send me the actual product I originally ordered. You know, adding another two to three weeks to the original order date. After contacting them a fourth time waiting for the "escalation" I was promised on my first call (but never got), also waiting for the "personal response" I was promised after my second call (but never got), waiting an extra two weeks of no response of any type, no call/email, no free shipping label and no advice of any kind on how to resolve this issue I called and received the same patented reply the previous reps had given me: "Oh, we're sorry. There must have been a glitch in the warehouse. (Or maybe it's an issue of illiteracy?) For your trouble, we can send you the product you wanted in the first place, only three to four weeks later than we promised and after weeks of calls/emails and questions that were never responded to." I have no idea if their products work at all. I just know that the ordering/packaging/shipping and customer service process has also the earmarks of a scam. At the minimum, they have a very ineffective and unresponsive customer service program. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.
