      Pathetic delivery on broken promises. When complaints are lodged on their site, swift bans are instituted to remove valid customer complaints/feedback.They gather post-match feedback from players regarding a wide array of complaints, but never share the data and we are not able to find it. For instance, what are the numbers of complaints regarding connection quality before and after they forced us to use crossplay? Connection issues with players on the **** network have skyrocketed in my experience, since the purchase of Bungie. I cannot enjoy half the game now, the only part that changes match to match, due to being on the "wrong" console.Bungie is a deceitful company that uses coercion, false advertising, and other psychological means to fool people into spending more and more time and money. I will never do business with this developer again.

      This company is a communist a bigot and a racist recently I was banned from posting comments after a player / employer of the company using a different profile said funny flamingo referring to my sexual orientation which is on my page I reply with a bridge emoji and said jump off it The same employee logged into their main account and said I violated terms of use they have also banned me from posting any sort of comments related to the fact that they are using destiny 1 maps and reselling it back to us as destiny 2 but they removed all of these maps from the destiny 1 game which I purchased many years ago unable to play the worlds that I paid for and being forced to repurchase them on destiny 2 whenever I bring this topic up I get banned this company is a communist and whenever you stick up for your rights you get banned and if you create too much of a chaos for them they will start messing with your character so you take on extremely amount of damage and none of this can be proven because you don't have access to what they have access to trust me when I tell you these people are communist living and working in ***************** their main model on the website is trying to take over the world one game at a time yet they continue to be allowed to keep their website cuz they chose to play with words but I use an emoji someone calls me a flamingo and I get banned

      bungie having laid off 8% of their staff and doing it on the 30th of the month so that after their termination they are only covered for one day is the most diabolical thing that has ever happened to their employees ontop of the **** policy where their vesting schedule which means that if they leave before their employment contract(to include involuntary termination) they lose all of their unvested shares and they are returned to bungie

      Despite The Final Shape getting delayed from a February release to ***** Bungie would not refund me my The Final Shape: Collector's Edition preorder in June.The representative kept pasting copy/paste replies to my inquiries before saying a partial refund could be issued for the "physical items" in the Collector's Edition, but not for the "digital items".I stressed over and over that the changing of the release date from February to June entitled me to a full refund. The representative then initiated the partial refund to my bank account without my consent or acknowledging the fact that I demanded a full refund.I then contacted my bank to file a chargeback. I described the situation both in-person in my bank and over the phone to a dispute representative, and both individuals agreed that I was well within my rights as a consumer due to the changing release date. In addition, the dispute representative said that the partial refund was likely initiated to complicate a potential chargeback.Bungie has absolutely atrocious customer service that relies on copy/paste replies while not understanding customer rights granted by law.

      Bungie employees are lazy. At my job people get hurt when I do sloppy work. Its not fair they can get by doing mediocre work with no pride. All while ripping people off! They need a massive lay off, get rid of the coffee room and hackie sack circles and actually WORK. I wish I had a job that required me to do aboit 20 min of real work a day.. This is probably one of the most incompetent group of people to have ever plagued the earth.

      Im going to be as kind as I possibly can by simply leaving a small list of issues that seem to affect a large portion of this companys player base: - Poor to spotty customer service/communication. Most issues are not addressed in a timely manner or passed over altogether, including not addressing these issues in their own weekly newsletter. This leaves players with a sense of disappointment as the studios developers have consistently told the player base they are listening and care, but their actions show otherwise. - Inconsistent servers causing gameplay issues on an almost weekly basis (as evidenced by consistent emergency maintenance preformed by Bungie). Players are removed from activities and challenges at no fault of their own and are sometimes punished for it with soft bans or losing out on the triumph associated with the task (i.e flawless raid completion). - Increased emphasis on monetization as opposed to gameplay quality and lifestyle adjustments that players have continued to ask for year after year. Popular Destiny YouTuber Aztecross released a great video on this topic on that covers a bounty of those issues. This is just a small subset of examples of issues felt by the community of Bungie players. *** personally played their games for almost 10 years now and have given them the benefit of the doubt on a lot of stuff, but their most recent work with Destiny and its DLC Lightfall, including its current seasons, as well as their response (or lack-thereof) to the community and to the public that buys their products has been disheartening to say the least. I want to continue to play their games and have hope they can turn things around, but the way things are headed now, its almost as if the company is simply using Destiny to fund their upcoming project Marathon and could care less about its current player base. That is the feeling many players have been discussing in forums, posts, websites, etc. Just an honest review, thank you.

      I downloaded this game destiny plus the dlc And this game is always updating Take you off line Plus they don't provide much of the downloadable content that they promise

      This is the best gaming company ever. I've always had a quick response from an always received what I purchased. Their games have always been better than expected an given me thousands of hours of fun.

      Scam. Thats really all I can say. They sent me a damaged, faulty jacket and have ignored over 5 months of emails to try and get something done. Only received two replies out of probably 15+ emails. Awful customer service kept giving me a generic copy/paste response telling me to wait until they were caught up on orders. They stopped responding shortly after that. I have sent so many emails and no one can even bother to give me a reply. The jacket I received has a broken zipper and missing zipper teeth. Its clear this is a company that only cares about grabbing all the money they can regardless of whether they get the customer what they paid for or not.
