    Bungie seems to like to ban people for having seizures. They have still refused to talk or communicate but the way I see it bungie like to ban people with disabilities and medical conditions.

    Bungie permantly banned me from playing Destiny 2 on September 10th, 2024 I don't know what I did wrong they refused to tell me what I did wrong I have made appeals to my ban 3 times and have not gotten any word from them regarding my case I'm autistic I have a disability they violated my rights they didn't give me a warning this is my first ban overall I'm beyond disappointed I have spent tons of money on the game and because I'm banned I have no access to the content I paid for I have money sitting on my account that I can't use cause I'm banned

    Absolutely egregious customer service.I have been a loyal customer of ******************** ever since the release of their Halo and Destiny franchises. Recently with the release of their Destiny 2 DLC, The Final Shape, I was rendered unable to play the game I paid hundreds of dollars on over the course of ten years by a problem known to Bungie as it was in the patch notes for that release.When I attempted to find help on Bungie's so-called "Help" forum, I was met by indifference and an insult to my intelligence. When I tried to seek restitution for this aggravation I was banned outright from their forum.I have made every attempt to resolve this issue and have been either ignored or outright silenced.I have attempted to contact them via various means and have not succeeded.Quite frankly, this level of customer "service" should be illegal but they are allowed to operate like this with impunity.

    Pathetic delivery on broken promises. When complaints are lodged on their site, swift bans are instituted to remove valid customer complaints/feedback.They gather post-match feedback from players regarding a wide array of complaints, but never share the data and we are not able to find it. For instance, what are the numbers of complaints regarding connection quality before and after they forced us to use crossplay? Connection issues with players on the **** network have skyrocketed in my experience, since the purchase of Bungie. I cannot enjoy half the game now, the only part that changes match to match, due to being on the "wrong" console.Bungie is a deceitful company that uses coercion, false advertising, and other psychological means to fool people into spending more and more time and money. I will never do business with this developer again.

    This company is a communist a bigot and a racist recently I was banned from posting comments after a player / employer of the company using a different profile said funny flamingo referring to my sexual orientation which is on my page I reply with a bridge emoji and said jump off it The same employee logged into their main account and said I violated terms of use they have also banned me from posting any sort of comments related to the fact that they are using destiny 1 maps and reselling it back to us as destiny 2 but they removed all of these maps from the destiny 1 game which I purchased many years ago unable to play the worlds that I paid for and being forced to repurchase them on destiny 2 whenever I bring this topic up I get banned this company is a communist and whenever you stick up for your rights you get banned and if you create too much of a chaos for them they will start messing with your character so you take on extremely amount of damage and none of this can be proven because you don't have access to what they have access to trust me when I tell you these people are communist living and working in ***************** their main model on the website is trying to take over the world one game at a time yet they continue to be allowed to keep their website cuz they chose to play with words but I use an emoji someone calls me a flamingo and I get banned

    bungie having laid off 8% of their staff and doing it on the 30th of the month so that after their termination they are only covered for one day is the most diabolical thing that has ever happened to their employees ontop of the **** policy where their vesting schedule which means that if they leave before their employment contract(to include involuntary termination) they lose all of their unvested shares and they are returned to bungie

    Despite The Final Shape getting delayed from a February release to ***** Bungie would not refund me my The Final Shape: Collector's Edition preorder in June.The representative kept pasting copy/paste replies to my inquiries before saying a partial refund could be issued for the "physical items" in the Collector's Edition, but not for the "digital items".I stressed over and over that the changing of the release date from February to June entitled me to a full refund. The representative then initiated the partial refund to my bank account without my consent or acknowledging the fact that I demanded a full refund.I then contacted my bank to file a chargeback. I described the situation both in-person in my bank and over the phone to a dispute representative, and both individuals agreed that I was well within my rights as a consumer due to the changing release date. In addition, the dispute representative said that the partial refund was likely initiated to complicate a potential chargeback.Bungie has absolutely atrocious customer service that relies on copy/paste replies while not understanding customer rights granted by law.

    Bungie employees are lazy. At my job people get hurt when I do sloppy work. Its not fair they can get by doing mediocre work with no pride. All while ripping people off! They need a massive lay off, get rid of the coffee room and hackie sack circles and actually WORK. I wish I had a job that required me to do aboit 20 min of real work a day.. This is probably one of the most incompetent group of people to have ever plagued the earth.
