      The review is strictly for company, accessories and customer support and that they won't let you leave reviews on their website. Click on add my review and it's a loop to their reference to good reviews. Desk is solid, moving well and assembled well but accessories are sometimes unusable and they don't care.I ordered desk but ended up putting together past 100 days and found the accessories that go under desk (laptop holder) won't fit because they hit the rails needed for desk motors/cords.Told imovr and they just said sorry past 100 days. Their power cord accessories are overpriced jokes.The tilt keyboard is legit, but i have about $500 of worthless accessories, and only usable was keybaord and monitor holders. if company tried a little on customer service and not blocking ability to leave reviews which they advertise on site and online, they could easily have 5 starts and not have me find places to leave reviews.

      They cannot ship even small items in a timely manner, which I would consider to be within a week. Their customer service is largely unavailable. Do not order anything from these people.

      I recently purchased their ThermoTread GT Office Treadmill. I looked at many different options for a desk treadmill and this one looked promising. By now we are all used to the disclaimer shipping my be affected by Covid-19 and I am a generally understanding person so receiving the product almost a month and a half after I ordered it, while not ideal could have been forgiven. But then they just dropped it at the door. Again not ideal but I was again willing to let it go. We assembled the Treadmill per the instructions and followed all directions to the letter (Safety First)I activated the warranty. This was the first major RED FLAG. The warranty application was a sketchy online form but again, this is a reputable company so I forged ahead. Then the first error message popped up. I contacted iMovR to see what could be done and was immediately shunted off to an outsourced service department. I was astonished but I called the service department. After holding for 45+ minutes I finally spoke to a human being. Who told me to turn it off and back on again. My toddler could have suggested that solution. Once he was certain that my error message wasn't caused by not plugging the **** thing in properly he reluctantly agreed to send out a service tech and informed me that it might be necessary to replace the control consul but that was covered by warranty so it would be okay. A month later I have heard nothing and saw nothing of the promised Tech. So I called back. 45+min later I spoke to another actual human. Who said they just decided to order me a replacement part and call it a day. But there was no way to tell me how long until I would receive said part. But he could provide me with independent service companies not covered my warranty while I waited for the part to arrive. TLDR Once they have your money, they do not care about you or your business at all. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      I recently purchased a *************** Standing Desk base after doing a lot of research. I really liked the idea that these folks were US based and at least from other folks who had one of these desks for a while, they suggested they were good quality.The website suggests that the total process from processing time to shipment should take 14 business days maximum (1-7 business days processing + 1-7 shipping). After not receiving any information after the 8th business day I reached out to support. Nothing. I then contacted sales, and received a generic copy/paste from their ** of Sales who said that the desks started shipping last week and I should get an email soon. 16th business day, I reply to the ** email because no tracking info whatsoever. No response. Next business day I contact sales again and miraculously customer support responds to my original email (from now 9 business days ago) and suggests the desk is shipping out. Ignoring my previous email request that I just wanted a refund since the desk still hadn't shipped out. I did receive the desk 18 business days after initial order. Start setup and go to download the app, a main selling feature for this desk, and cannot find the information anywhere. Turns out, after contacting chat on the website, the Android app being advertised as available for this desk has still not been approved. This whole thing has been a super frustrating experience. Even if the product is great and purportedly has a really good warranty, customer service is terrible and this is false advertising at this point suggesting it has features - like an app to control it and provide helpful health reminders - that are not even in existence. Stay away from this company. I sincerely regret choosing them over the many other options available. The price tag does not reflect better quality or customer support than their competitors.

      This company produces an inferior product and refuses to provide any real customer support. I bought a $750 standing desk from them, which worked just fine for about 9 months. When the product stopped working completely and I attempted to get customer support, I ended up in a months long email exchange that never helped at all. They even avoided letting me talk to a technical support person directly. All email correspondence was through a third person who seemed to be in sales.DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
