      Purchased a standing desk for my husband along with treadmill. The controller for the treadmill arrived defective. I was told to contact the support company called Sprint (phone ************). I called them on 3-14-2022 and they said the part was back ordered and that they would let me know when it shipped. I called Sprint on 1-9-2022 and was told that they no longer service the part and dropped the ball. I reached out to iMovR via their customer service email on 1-9-2022 and have had no response.

      My order number is ********** placed on March 31, 2022 for a standing desk and various accessories including the ************************** Arm in silver that i was informed in my receipt would shipped delayed on 5/6. This monitor arm has still not been delivered. I have called their customer service numbers and left voicemails requesting updates, sent emails to their customer support team, and also tried using the live chat feature on their websige. I still have not received a callback or update on this outstanding order. This remaining piece of equipment purchased was $379.00 + tax of the total ***** I spent with them. I don't know what yo do, I get no response and I don't even know if they're operating as a business. No one gets back to me ever. Please help.

      Purchased an imovr GT office treadmill in Dec. 2021. Treadmill as defective. Set up following provided instructions. Tread on treadmill skewed off to side within 9 minutes of starting use to degree that it was unusable. Followed provided instructions to adjust tension but due to defective casing, i was unable to insert instruments to make the adjustments. Website says 100 day moneyback guarantee. I have been calling and leaving messages with chat, with customer service, with direct number since, probably 30+ messages in all trying to initially get help, and now i just want to return the treadmill. It is now May 2022. I still cant get return calls to return this treadmill.

      This transactiontook place on Feb 23, 2022.I paid this business ******* for an L Standing Desk called the Lander-L on their site The extension/return part of the desk came scuffed/scratched and wobbly. It also did not fit my space properly as the way they advertise their dimensions on their site is very confusing/misleading.I asked to return the extension/return but keep the main desk. They said I would receive a ****** refund. They took 20% "restocking fee" and had me pay the shipping costs. I was fine paying the shipping costs as per their policy but they told me I also had to contract the shipping which I had no idea how to do. I went back and forth with them on this and they told me to use **** I did so. I mailed everything securely and wrapped it in plastic. When they got it they said it was "damaged", told me I wouldn't be getting a refund, and then told me to send them another label to ship the item BACK to me.The business has told me they will not resolve the issue. They ignore my calls and my emails. this is unethical and perhaps fraudulent.
