  I wish my experience my was equal to my expectation which I am still paying for without completion of the project let alone satisfaction. I was treated very poorly, with the exception of Rachel and Robbie, who at least, appeared to try before he forgot about me. I have pictures of the issue's of each of the issues along the way, many self repaired as directed by Jessica. I have written the employees, I have called, I have asked for help, I have submitted pictures, I have asked for a representative to come to my house to see/evaluate the problems and that was not made available. This project began in mid September. I am significantly handicapped and I had just bought this house which had 2 bathtubs, which I could not use. I called this company first because it was represented by Ed Augustine, who I had spoken with in the past and thought highly of, I thought the price was high but was assured that I would be pleased with my quality shower and with Virginia Shower and Bath ( I am not with either). I was also pleased that they could start the job the next week and the salesman indicated that the job would probably take 1 or 2 days and the work people would leave everything nice and clean so I would hardly even know that they had been here. From the day signing the contract forward seemingly everything went wrong. I’m going to cut this short unlike the saga of my tub to shower conversion from September to present. PLEASE , I BEG YOU, do your research before hiring any of these companies and laying out this kind of money!!!!!! This time I didn’t. In the past I used BathFitter’s to cover my old tub, they were wonderful!!! Oh back to this bad story, did I mention that sewage was floating in the base of the shower tonight? It has overflowed twice already when I try to take a normal shower.

  My salesman was Mike ******** which was very knowledgeable about all of the Kohler products, while adding such warm, friendly, and sympathetic advice. He went above & beyond to get me the particular product that I desired. It was actually a “pleasurable” meet & greet!??

  We had a great installation of a shower from Virginia Bath & Shower. They were on time and completed the project in less time than was estimated. We have been using our shower and everything is going very well. The installers were friendly and very accommodating. I would use them anytime.
