  We are so thrilled with our new shower. The install team was so professional and a pleasure to deal with. The end results were exactly what we had hoped for. And everyone we spoke with at VA Shower and Bath/Paramount Builders were so thoughtful and answered all of our questions. Randy, Brittany, and Jessica made the whole project go so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

  My residence was in dire need of a new roof. I was hesitant at first due to my financial circumstances, but all turned out well. After securing the financing, the process itself moved along flawlessly. They even addressed my Solar panel dilemma. From the Sales Reps, the Finance Rep, the GM, the Production Manager, Solar Services, and ALL the Laborers, who worked in some of the hottest heat indices that we've had this year, I say Thank you and I really appreciate your efforts. It's a pleasure to see the results of your labor.

  we have been scammed never assigned a project manager need help
  On april 29,2024 signed a contract for bathroom remodel *********
  Never was assigned a project manaager to date.
  I have texts and phone calls asking and begging for help.
  No response and if I got one it was false information.
  Again we knew and know nothing about this process and they did things and we had no idea about anything that involved our project and the process.
  I calleed who was suppose to be our pm and John **** and to date never heard from him.
  On Tuesday the 25th I finally heard from the production manager Jessica that she found an open date for our install. She said all the parts and there and we were told these are 2 day installs.
  They came on Wed and did the demo...fine, they came o Thurs and in the install sort of..
  Late after noon I was told that I am not getting any doors till next week... again we never recive any information or had a project manager for our project. This has been pure **** trying to get someone to talk to and let us know what is going on....the worse customer service and the way we are being treated and ignored is totally need wrong andneed answers...honest ones from someone who is a boss and can be honest if that is posssible. I have all texts and phone call info please help We have a shower we cant use and no one to talk to ....

  My wife and I interviewed five or six of the leading Hampton Roads companies that specialize in shower and bath installations before selecting Virginia Shower and Bath to convert our shower and bathtub into a walk-in shower with safety bars and a flip-down bench. Over seven months and more than $**** later, we have nothing but regrets! (By the way, we are still making payments.)
  Our first complaint is about the poor installation quality. We wanted a textured non-slip floor and bench. We got a slippery floor and slippery bench. Virginia Shower and Bath’s solution was to mail us a box of stick-on pasties for us to apply. There was not enough glue applied to one of the tracks for the shower door, so it began to pull loose.
  Our second complaint is their poor “Service after the Sale” quality. Whenever we call, the Production Manager and Sales Manager are almost always in meetings. On those rare occasions that we are able to speak to the Production Manager, she usually says they are working on the problem. On Monday, March 11, I spoke with the Sales Manager. He was going to get with Production and call me back. I called on Friday, March 15, but was unable to speak to him because he was traveling. As of March 24, I had yet to speak to him.
  After a Facebook post Monday, April 1, about Virginia Shower and Bath with links to Virginia Shower and Bath and its parent company, Paramount Builders, we received a phone call and visit that afternoon from Virginia Shower and Bath's Sales Manager. He saw for himself our concerns, contacted the VP of Operations, and together they agreed to REINSTALL OUR SHOWER WITH UPGRADED MATERIALS AT NO EXTRA COST. We were asked to give them 48 hours to ensure that all the materials were available.
  Almost four weeks have passed and we have heard nothing from Virginia Shower and Bath. You can do better than Virginia Shower and Bath!

  I worked for this company and never once got a check or any payment from them applied for unemployment and they reported slightly over ***** dollars in earnings I never once saw
  Have proof still to this day
  Reached out to robbie *** who said he would look into it… followed up a few weeks later and zero response. I have since reported them to the irs since I had to claim funds I never once seen hit my bank account and have records to show for ?????

  Amazing experience with remodeling and customer service! 03-12-24 Estimate and presentation with Randy Harris. Signed contract 03-12-24. Job started at our home 03-25-24 and finished 03-26-24. Smooth process from beginning to end. Three incredibly polite, courteous and professional men worked on changing out tub to a walk-in shower -
  Brian, Jorge and Evan. This is/was a wonderful company to work with. We are very pleased with our new accessible shower!!

  I'm thrilled to share my experience with Paramount Builders! They went above and beyond to restore my parents' home with new siding and gutters after they had been taken advantage of by another contractor.
  Not only did Paramount Builders deliver exceptional quality workmanship, but they did it with compassion and integrity, covering the cost entirely. The new siding and gutters have transformed the appearance of the house, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
