My story is the same as many feedback. I purchased the insurance on my child's course and when i had to cancel they refused to give me back my money. stating that i purchased the wrong insurance and they refused to give me back my money stating that i only could have my child take another year. They made me feel that i had no choice. We can not attend. I have re reached out and they continue to say the insurance will not cover because it was a wrong policy. I paid over $4,000.00 and they are refusing to give me back my money. My next call will be our attorney general.

Stay away from **** with Envision by Worldstrides This entity is a money grab. Read the NY Times article as well as the reviews. Boys State and Girls State are free, as well as many other programs that are more prestigious for less money. See the honest reviews and articles below:********************************************************************************* ************************** ******************************************************* Also note there were many reviewers who could not get their money back even when Envision canceled the program! Do your homework! Their business on BBB is conveniently not available during the enrollment time

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received regarding my daughter, Kali ********* enrollment in the STEM experience program offered by Envision EMI After her nomination, I enrolled her and made the initial deposit. However, on March 3, 2025, I noticed an impending charge of $671 on my account. I called customer service to stop the payment and update my payment ********* experience was frustrating. I was transferred multiple times before reaching the correct department. I spoke with a representative named *******, explaining that I wanted to prevent the charge on my original account and use a different one. ******* informed me that I had to make the payment first before canceling the pending charge, which seemed incorrect. When I asked to speak with someone else, she refused and placed me on hold. She later said the payment could be canceled but would take seven days for a refund, defeating the purpose of my request.I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, but ******* refused. Frustrated, I ended the call. Shortly after, I received a call from a supervisor, but my request was still not accommodated. I simply wanted to stop the unauthorized payment and use a different account, but my request was disregarded.Due to the lack of assistance and unnecessary obstacles, I had to cancel my daughters participation in the program. This experience was difficult and disappointing. I am formally requesting a full refund of all funds paid. Additionally, I request that all calls related to this matter be reviewed, as the service I received was unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding my refund request and any actions being taken to address this issue.

It was a well respected educational organization until today when I dealt with them. About three years ago, I enrolled my child in one of their programs. It was terminated by their end due to a student scarcity; the tuition was repaid, but the entire cost of preparing for the program fell on our shoulders. It was OK with us. This year, I enrolled my child again; unfortunately, I paid $3,545.00 tuition for a 6-day program; then I found that I had registered him in the wrong program, as recommended by his teacher. I called again and sought a change; they indicated I would be charged $50.00 to change the program. I agreed with the charge and we were in the process of changing, and the representative cautioned that we would have to pay more if tuition increased; I am fine with that as well. When she verified, the tuition for the program I desired was $3,145.00, which was $400.00 cheaper than the other one; nevertheless, she stated that the difference would not be refunded due to their organization's policy. That is a huge rip-off. It is inconsistent with the ethical standards of educational organizations. I will never participate to any program by this organization, I will discourage all my friends, relatives and share my tale to the instructors that nominated my child, as well as parents at school and the school system, in order to prevent this from occurring to others.Respectfully submitted,

I am attempting to receive a refund. My daughter paid the original application fee and we were charged an additional $1053.66 before my daughter informed me of what the total program cost amounts to, and what is included in the cost. The cost does not include airfare or even a ticker for a parent to attend. The parent cost to attend the show is Astronomical set at $1099.00. I called today for a refund of the $1053.66 fee because I do not feel like this is a good investment for our money. I was told that the final day to cancel was Friday, 12/7/2024 as stated in the contract by ****. That date actually a Saturday. Your offices are closed on Saturday. When I called back to receive an email copy of the terms and conditions, which I can not find anywhere on your website, the cancellation policy states "61 or more days from program start". I have called to cancel on the first business day within the 61 days. I do not feel that this is a good way to penalize a patron of your business. And, I was also told that the "admission advisor", ****** ******* could not call me back for 48 hours. I would like a refund of the $1053.66 we paid in addition to the original application fee. Thank you for your consideration and assistance.

My daughter received an invitation through her school stating that she has been invited to attend this forum in honor of her Academic Achievement at her High School and her interest in the field of Medicine. First of all I am not being prejudice but I really thought this forum is invitational forum which is attended by High Achievement Scholars but later found out it was not. Secondly, my daughter felt the forum wasn't worth the cost to attend except for she got to make friends and work on a project alongside of her friends. Last but the most important part was having some financial challenges, I personally asked the admissions representative if I there is a payment plan option. I was given a 4 months payment plan option with a $500 deposit. I still felt the squeeze in the payment plan length and inquired about what if I miss a month payment before I can again make the payment. I was told to call the office before that happens so that they can help and work around. And obviously I am struggling to make payment and reached out to the administration/ admission and I was warned that they will put this into collection. Also there is a huge different of $74.00 to from the monthly payment amount option I was given and the amount I am actually being charged. I reached out in several occasions to get clarification on this and emailed quite a few times but I have not received any call backs or return emails with any clarification as of today. I am very disappointed and hope no one will have to get through this.

This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!! We enrolled my daughter and received the first acceptance paper with seal that had my daughter's name spelled incorrectly so I called asked for it to be corrected. They wouldn't print a new paper for her with correct name I was like ok I'll deal with it but today I received another acceptance after her father paid the deposit. This one had my daughter middle name and her father's middle name. They gave new enrollment id and everything. Asked again for a paper with her real name and again they told me that we couldn't get another copy. Blamed us for the confusion and told us that we couldn't speak to supervisor. I spoke to 10 people before I finally got someone. Still no help. I feel they are just getting people's information and using it however they want. I think they sent this second one to see if we would pay again. Yal beware of this company!!! I hope someone catches them soon.

As a previous attendee of an Envision experience, I can say that I am shocked at the "A+" that Envision has received. In my experience, Envision was nothing more than a (very) overpriced summer camp that teaches almost nothing of actual substance or value. Parents would be much better off saving the money they would spend and putting it towards their child's college education than an Envision "experience." Everything I experienced and had access to at Envision could easily be purchased (permanently) for way under the $2,000+ price tag, which would provide way more value than essentially leasing it for a week. The only exception to this would be the opportunity to meet an astronaut. While this was cool, I do not believe it justifies the $2,000+ price tag.

However, I can say Envision has made a major impact in my life. Envision has inspired me to start my own non-profit which provides educational experiences for students either for free or at cost, instead of at a ridiculous markup. We are now entering our second year of business and I suppose that I will have to thank Envision for the horrible experience that motivated me to do this.

In summary: READ THE REVIEWS! AND TRUST THEM!

Would leave ZERO stars if I could. Just reading the letter felt like a scam. This is the biggest joke and such an insult to the true scholars. This should NOT be an operating business.
