            I previously had an account with Park Lance Finance and have wired money to them before when I sold my home. I was supposed to close on my new home on August 29, 2022. I put in my new intended business to wire the funds. However, when I wired the funds it automatically defaulted to Park Lane Finance on my phone. So my closing costs of 2, 116.76 went to them instead of my intended wire account. I have been in contact with ****** and he has "helped" me solve the issue. I have filled out a W-9 for this company so they could return my funds. On ***** a label was created on 8/30/22 labeled refund with overnight shipping. However, it has not been shipped. That money does not belong to them, and because of them holding it hostage, I am now in the negative in my checking account. I have documentation of conversations and lack of responses on my end. They have stopped taking my phone calls and I am automatically sent to a voice mail because ****** is "away from the desk" or "on the phone". I just want my money returned - it does not belong to them. Yes, it was a mistake, but now they are holding onto money that does not belong to them.

            Loan “initiator” is rude and waited until the last minute to order appraisal and check for title which means we can’t close on time. She obviously doesn’t do her job. If we weren’t so far in to the process, I would find another lender. I definitely will not recommend and will encourage the agent that referred me to not refer anyone else to the company or this loan processor.

            I contacted the prospect via telephone. After listening to her issues, it appears she was mainly frustrated that the issues delaying the closing were going to prevent the family from enjoying the property as early as she hoped and the potential rescheduling of the closing could disrupt her work schedule. After explaining the delays were unexpected and that we were doing our due diligence to ensure that their would not have an additional costs and we were working to ensure that the home was titled properly were for both hers and ParkLanes benefit, she seemed to understand they were unavoidable. She only expressed that she would have been notified of the delays earlier so that she and her family could have been better prepared. She has since reached out to her loan representative and appears to understand that we will bring the deal to close as soon as possible.
