    My family and I have had a horrible experience with Curtis well drilling company. The supervisor made an appointment for me to get my water system fixed and required a part replacement and sent out two young guys and they didnt have any parts or tools and in fact told me they didnt know why they were here. Very rude and poor customer service . So that day of the appointment they left and charged me a service fee of 150 and didnt fix the problem . We felt cheated and taken advantage of . The appointment was for that reason . No apology just rudeness .
