Employees arrived 14MAY2025. Drillers were pleasant and nice. However, office person is rude and unprofessional. Interaction best described as shady as with phone calls she still refused to give me a price even though workers gave her a materials list they were going to use to replace the well pump. She called ME back and then again refused to give me a price and was upset I asked again. Told her the list of materials drill workers said they would use still refused. She said she would call the workers for the list of materials and then call me back with a price. She never did. Instead, she told workers to stop drilling and leave pump on the lawn. All because she refused to give me a price. Replacing a well pump can be costly, and they do not accept financing, so it is imperative to be given a price to make sure we have enough money on our credit card or need to ask for a line of credit. I told her it is shady and not good business practice to be given a price and that left the door open for her to charge any price after the fact. She told me too bad because my husband approved the work. We have a water softener system that needs to be replaced. Next time we will go with ******** Well in ******* with better ratings as well. Very stressful to deal with such a rude person. Work is done and we still don't have a price. They made us put a CC on file, but we have not approved them to charge the purchase yet. Advise- Go with someone else to avoid a possible big surprise.

    Business Response

    Date: 06/04/2025

    Good afternoon,

I apologize for the late response.  Today is the first time seeing the message.  I spoke with the technician and office manager about the concerns you had.  On May 14th, **** ***** called the office with a no water issue.  Our technicians arrived the same day and let *** ***** know the issue.  The customer asked the technician of the cost, and the technician told him this is not something he does on a regular basis and would need to call the office.  The office manager gave the customer the estimated cost of what the work would cost.  Until the job is done, we do not know the exact cost because sometime other issues can arise.  The customer was given an estimate, and he said, yes please proceed.  While the technician was doing the work, I was told Ms. ****** called the office upset and wanted to know the cost.  At this point the job was almost completed.  ********** manager called the technician and let him know that the customers wife called and was upset.  The technician told *** ***** that his wife was upset and for us to stop all work.  *** ***** was informed we would need a credit card to finish because we were unsure at this point if we would get paid.  *** ***** gave the technician his information.  At this time, all work has been completed and paid in full.  ********** was contacted by **** ***** and paid in full by *** *****.
