Hardwood and tile floor purchase from LL flooring which subcontracted the install in 2021, spent 2022 getting their inspectors to come and look at floor took nearly a year to schedule and they kept insisting on sending new inspectors out. A total of four different inspectors came to my house without the company ever agreeing on telling me how they would fix the botched installation. Instead, they kept asking to send someone else out to inspect. Health issues have plagued my husband and myself which has prevented us from continuously addressing this problem. To help out, my husband started calling at which point they closed the case without ever fixing the problems.The tile floor was installed without leveling spacers and is uneven enough to catch the edge of shoes, also so much material was used that the dishwasher does not fit under the counter because the floor is too high. The hardwood floor creeks and is also uneven, there is a bow in the main pathway, a section is not nailed properly and the transitions were not done in accordance with the regulations nor are the perimeter clearance spaces appropriate for wood expansion. The baseboards were never put in because we knew the floor needed to be fixed so the job is still incomplete. In the process of moving the brand new refrigerator, the crew dropped it and the doors were ***********************, the unit has never functioned properly again, with constant temp issues where it frosts up in the freezer and freezes items in the refrigerator section.
