      The seatbelt on my chair thats under warranty broke I called the company and they can not give or even sell replacement seatbelts for the chair I purchased: The Journey Air Elite (thats supposed to have every part under warranty) They tried to sell me a seatbelt for a different chair they make. I refused because I didnt want to pay out of pocket for what should be covered in a warranty for something that wasnt even made for the model of chair I purchased Hopefully I dont fall out of the chair.

      I ordered a wheel chair ramp almost 8 weeks ago. I have not received it. Phone calls produce nothing but excuses & run arounds. I have requested a refund to no avail. Im not sure why BBB doesnt immediately help to give the steps necessary to get a refund? At this point I would say Journey Health & Lifestyle is a false business. I also believe this company may have office in ********** or ********. ****** C

      Company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! They will send you either the wrong product, damaged product, or defective Item from what they told you the item was. I purchased a power wheelchair from them that cost $1710.00 in December of 2023. I was advised that the chair was a preowned item but was unused, unopened, and in perfect working order. I was told that I could return the item if I was not satisfied but that I would just be responsible for paying the return shipping only and that they would issue a full refund once received. Upon receiving the item and not being satisfied I called to attempt to return it but they advised that now I could not return the item. They lied and said that I was told that I could not return the item and denied being told that we could. They said that I would have to pay to fix a brand new item myseld and that they would not cover the repairs. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor and said that my matter is resolved as per anything they would do, which is nothing. Was advised that I was out of luck and theoretically screwed. Shame on them for talking advantage of the elderly as the chair is for my husband, a 77 year old man.

      Scam! I ordered a lamp they didn't have it in stock, they said nothing about it on their website. I waited a month and the didn't know when they would have it so I canceled the order over a week ago and haven't gotten a refund They deserve no stars

      Chair was delivered yesterday. The plug for the heat and message was broken. Expected it to come with arm covers and it did not. It did come with a headrest cover. For a $2500.00 chair these should have been included, but was told by customer service that they were not and that she could not do anything to help other than send a cover out for $35.00!!?? Also, the chair is leaning, lower on the right?? They are sending a new plug for the heat and message and are setting up a service call to see why the chair is leaning to the right!!?? Unwilling to do anything about the arm covers. Just looking at other review, ** hoping that this investment will not be a dreaded one!!

      ME ***** *********.......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it is a scam and you don't get what you thought you ordered!!!! I purchased the PERFECT SLEEP CHAIR after seeing their add in AARP Magazine on October 31, 2022. I was told I had to pay in full over 3 Thousand Dollars before the chair was manufactured and the chair would arrive in about 6 weeks. When the chair arrived I started asking the delivery persons questions. They replied oh we just deliver you will have to read the user manual. I can tell you it is impossible to sleep in the chair it will not raise the feet and legs to a comfortable position. It leaves the legs down and knees bent and is very uncomfortable. I called because I had total knee replacement and the chair would not raise the feet to the position as shown in the adds. When I call support I was told oh that is just how the chair is designed! I referred to their adds showing the chair in a comfortable position and now I am told oh we have lots of different chairs. Well hello, I thought I was buying a Perfect Sleep Chair no one explained anything about other chairs!! I see now that I should have check the customer rating before I spent $3,000 on a chair that does not meet what they are advertised to do. They are taking advantage of senior citizens and it needs to be stopped. We should all be given the product we thought we paid for to make our life easier. I will never be satisfied until this worthless piece of junk is replaced with the correct chair they promised.

      Email got no reply. Phone calls go to automated but drop as soon as you press 0 for the operator. Had I read the reviews prior to my wife placing an order, we would have looked elsewhere.

      Update on previous review. Finally got someone to transfer me to local agency to schedule installation but since they are in another state we couldn't get it installed in a timely manner. My wife cancelled the order but the company still wants us to pay them a hundred dollars. They wouldn't say what the money was for.

      I paid over $4500 for two of their Perfect Sleep Chairs in Sept ****. The imitation leather covering I chose, as they said it was better than leather, has worn through on the arms and seat, so badly that I had to patch with duct tape. This happened in less than three years of normal use with no products involved. I called and all they did was offer me a $100 credit for both chairs. This is unacceptable and I shall have to replace both chairs.

      Save yourself the time and hassle and DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. My mother bought a Sleep Chair from them and when it arrived, they used a 3rd party shipping vendor and the chair was missing the power surge to get it to work! We DID NOT ACCEPT the order and the shipping vendor took it back and consulted with this company about this issue. However it was an ABSOLUTE headache to confirm the chair was returned and that my mother would receive her refund because they tried to claim they had no record of her return and their system said she accepted the order. TOTAL BS! I had to get on a call with the shipping vendor AND Journey health, Tell me: Why is a customer having to manage this?! Totally ridiculous. The shipping vendor says that this is their normal experience with Journey: Journey takes weeks to reply to emails and customer concerns. They clearly do not care about their customers and replying to them in a timely manner. When we asked how long the refund would take to be processed, one agent said "I don't know it depends when the manager looks at it" - how is that professional?!So then, I tried to get in touch with a manger and they did not provide it to me until I found this page and saw ***************************** name, but come to find out she is no longer with them and the new manager is ************************Will update as soon as we have our refund.

      We purchased a First Street sleep chair in May 2019. We specifically asked If the chair was at least 23 inches wide, we were told it was, however when the chair was delivered it was only 20 inches wide. We still decided to keep the chair when it was delivered. Also, within 2 years the arms started to show heavy wear through the so called leather. Now in 2 more years the leather finish is showing wear at all corners, throught the fabric, and even where your calves lay against the so called leather and on the arms. The mechanism has a lifetime warranty, however the covering has no warranty whatsoever. We definitely would not buy this product again at $2,200, especially since we paid as much for it as our prior LazyBoy that lasted 15 years.
