    Constant harassment and soliciting in a no-soliciting area. Clearly posted. Told never to return. Returned 2 or more times since. They are trespassing.

    I signed an agreement for quarterly preventative services. I have been with them for 1 year (4 services) and had a terrible experience with 2/4. The first negative experience, I had requested indoor service to be completed, which requires someone to be home. I took an entire day off of work to be home for the service, and by 3pm in the afternoon I still had not heard from the company and no one had shown up. I called, and they admitted to being scheduled on a different day, and my email confirmation was wrong. There was NO offer to make this right and send out a technician that day. The next request to have indoor serivce was recently on 7/27/23, when I was experiencing an ant issue. I emailed and advised exactly what my issue was and requested someone to come inside for service. Again, I took an entire day off of work to be home and no one arrived. While walking out of my home to pick up my son from daycare, an Evergreen truck drives by slowly. passing my home, and doesnt turn around until he sees me leave. They completed the outdoor service and sent service notes to my email. There was NO mention of the ant issue, and actually states "no pest activity". My husband says he can see exactly where they are coming from. We even saw on our outdoor cameras the technician did not make rounds around the house as the services notes state. I called to cancel our services as we are not receiving any of the services THEY agreed to provide, and it has been over a week before I could speak with someone who had authority to cancel my account. I will admit, they did try to offer to make the issue better at this point in time by offering to waive my next month's fee, but it is way too late now and I do not trust the services to be completed. I would like a $460 refund for settlement as I requested my account to be canceled and credit card no longer charged.

    A nice lying salesman came to my door to discuss pest control. Stated that they are already doing a few of my neighbors homes. Asked me if I had any issues with bugs and what types. Advised that the issue is with ants and palmetto bugs. He then told me that he had a specialnormally its ****** for the initial coat but he would only charge me ******. Stated that since he gave me the discountall I had to do was continue the services until I had met the initial amount of ****** and then I could cancel. I called several times to be told that my services were canceled and they would have a manager call me back. Never received a call. The last time my account was charged was in August of 2022. Now here we areDecember and heres another charge. I speak to some today and she says that she can cancel but they are going to charge me ******!!! For what??! After the initial ****** plus ***** for 4 monthsthe bugs started to increase. They are scammers. Please do not do business with them.

    I had a 2 year service contract that ended around august 15th. I cancelled my services past this date by a day or two. I was told the services would be cancelled and I would no longer be charged monthly. The next month I was charged. I called and stated I already called and cancelled and the representative said they see where I called and cancelled. I was then told a service manager needed to talk to me in order to cancel services: this was not in my now expired contract, and I was not told this in my initial conversations regarding cancellation of services. I was told due to the nature of my cancellation (poor services and quality over time) that I had to speak with a service manager before my serviced could be cancelled. I finally received a call from a manager while I was at work and could not pick up. When I called back and left a message, I never received a call back. Since then I have been calling once or twice a month and emailing with the request to cancel my services as Im being charged, and no one has even come out to do anything!! I just want my services cancelled and to stop being charged approx. $45 a month for services I do not want and have not wanted since August 2022.

    On August 12, 2022 Evergreen pest solution, employee ******** ring my door and said they are doing pest control and that they partner with ****************** and that for $150 they will spray outside of my home and inside the home for the bugs. ******** when on to saying that, he had already did a few of my neighbors homes, and that someone will come and spray my home next. So I said ok. The very next day my leasing office sent out a letter and email to the residents stating that evergreen pest solution were soliciting the grounds and they do not have a partnership with them. I called evergreen on August 15th, 2022 and a spoke to some explaining to them that I wanted to close my account, and I was told to call ********, which I did and never got him. Then I received an email about a bill thats due, I called evergreen back, and spoke to someone again, explaining to them that I want to close my account, because the person that represent your company told me as well as other neighbors that evergreen works with ****************** and thats not true. She went on to saying that she will have someone call me to close my account, I said ok, thank you. A week later I received a call from ************************* who said that he was going to close my account, I said ok, thank you, today is November 3rd I received a text message stating that evergreen is having billing issues, so I called and I spoke to **** whos was being unprofessional with her response towards my concern, I said to **** over and over this account is a closed account why am I receiving a text message regarding a billing issue. She went on to saying that a payment was returned and service was done in my home. I responded to her saying I canceled that payment when I was notified by my leasing office that evergreen was soliciting the grounds and ****************** has no partnership with your company and that the residents should be careful. She then went on to saying well we have your signature.
