      I recently used Bay to stabilize and lift my home. I had several different companies provide estimates and Bay was the only one who offered me straightforward, clear pricing AND offered to see if I qualified for any discounts up front. None of this price matching BS. Once they began the project, the men who came to do the work were personable, excellent communicators and clearly knew what they were doing. If I need additional services in the future I would gladly welcome Trixton, Cedrick, Bryson and Angel back to my home.

      We used Bay Crawl to condition (partially encapsulate) our crawl space. They installed two dehumidifiers and a 20mil vapor barrier.
      We got quotes from a few companies and decided to go with Bay based on neighbor reviews and reputation. We could not be happier with the work they performed!
      Let me start with the electrical team. They arrived promptly, communicated every step of the process, and found a way to wire from the electrical panel through the walls without the wires showing. I was beyond impressed with Paul and Jeff’s professionalism and talent! Thank you!
      Nate, Marquay, Jabree, and Zo were on the install team. They were extremely hardworking, friendly, and professional! I highly recommend this crew team. They communicated arrival time, lunch breaks, etc. they were efficient and cleaned up after they left (a 2 day project). Thank you team for your hard-work!

      BAY's employees Vinney and Moe cleaned all of our old insulation from under house in a thorough job. It was wrapped and removed without a trace. They were very friendly and professional.

      From start to finish the team was great. The initial consult walked us through our options and did not try and up sell. The recommended repair was actually the cheaper option, right from that point I recognized I was working with an honest team that had my best interests in mind.
      I have had home repairs done in the past with the promise of a “good clean-up”. Only to find trash and damage to my home. However , not only did a great job installing titan jacks and a new vapor barrier. The team was professional, cared for my property and completely cleaned-up, to include old materials that were left behind before. Awesome work by Travis, Jordan, Austin and Zack. Would HIGHLY endorse this company.

      Bay Crawl Space sent their crew to the Northern Neck to encapsulate my unfinished basement. Travis, Jordan, Zach and Logan did a great job over three days of hard work. The system is now up and running. I'm ready for the humidity that will soon come later this spring and summer.
