  We called Bay Crawl Foundation Repair for an estimate to repair the foundation of our old home. Bay Crawl Foundation set up an appointment right away. Michael ******* came out in 2 days and gave us a detailed proposal of what they would do. We needed it completed by a certain date, and they started shortly after the inspection. The work has been excellent so far. Thank You

  Bay did an encapsulation and foundation repair for us earlier this year. We have an old house and, not surprisingly, we needed some follow up work and one of the dehumidifiers they installed replaced under warranty. Once again, their crews - Mike, Maine, Angel, Josh and Aaron, were all terrific. They were on time, professional and efficient, but most of all they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. We highly recommend Bay.

  Great, honest company. We had to have several sagging doorways, and moisture controlled. The teams did excellent at letting us know what was happening, answered all our questions, made us feel comfortable with the process.

  Excellent company to work with. We recently used Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair to handle a moisture problem under our house. Bay installed a drainage system, sump pump, and dehumidifier. The installation included lights and a new access door to replace an old, unused crawl space exhaust fan. Everyone at Bay was a joy to work with, from our first meeting with Ben, the estimator, who explained the complete project, through Crystal, the scheduler, and of course, the installation team of Travis, Jordan, Austin, ZO. The electricians, Jeff and Dalton arrived a day earlier than expected, and did an exellent job, explaining everything as they worked. We did have a minor unexpected problem; the noise level of the dehumidifier was much louder than expected, and was right under our bedroom (which we discovered the first night). After contacting Bay and explaining the problem, Chris and Paul were dispatched within a couple of days to relocate the dehumidifier and install extra insulation above it to help with the sound. Relocating it required the power to be relocated, which was done the next day by Matt and Logan. The professionalism shown by the entire company, especially the prompt response to our problem elevated our already high opinion of Bay. We could not recommend them more highly for any foundation or crawl space issues you may have.

  We had our crawl space encapsulated and then decided to reinsulate between the joists. The work was done quickly and professionally and you couldn’t even tell the crew was even there once they did the cleanup. We will definitely use Bay Crawl Space again for any future needs and highly recommend them!

  Had a complete encapsulation. Entire team was outstanding. Extremely professional. Answered all our questions and exceeded our expectations. Team members: Naz, Travis, Jordan, Zach, Austin and electical team: Vinny and Jeff were all very professional and courteous. The job looks great, we are very happy that we went with BAY for this job, I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

  During a kitchen remodel, we discovered our crawl space had some rotted wood and standing water. Michael from Bay Crawl Space came out for an inspection and provided detailed photos of the damage. He took the time to explain each one thoroughly, answering all of our questions with patience and without any pressure. Kasey treated the mold and was both proficient and kind throughout the process. The electrical team, Adrian and Paul, installed power under the house to support the sump pumps and dehumidifier. Adrian, along with Mayquay and Payne, completed all the necessary repairs, installed a French drain system, and fully encapsulated the crawl space. Every member of the Bay Crawl Space team was professional, punctual, and courteous. It's been several months since the installation, and we are 100% satisfied with the results. Highly recommend!

  Had a very good experience working with all the folks at Bay . From the initial estimator to scheduling and the crew that came out- Elgin/Travis/Ced/Bryan- . The estimate was fair and informative, scheduling was quick. Since it was a 1-day job it was able to be pushed up by 2 weeks from the initially scheduled date. The crew was fast, efficient and communicated well. The repairs to the foundation were done quickly and I was satisfied with the lift and stability achieved. I would recommend highly! ****Update 2025**** I recently noticed some shifting and reached back to Bay Crawl folks and they Did Not let me down. Another great crew was dispatched Matt/Logan and they crushed the assignment! Worked diligently to get my floor in balance and even did a slight door latch adjustment to make sure my deadbolt was a working correctly post jack adjustment. Gotta love a company that stands behind their workmanship!!

  Chris *, and Vinny good a great job at coming out and removing my old insulation. They were very professional and respectful of my property. My wife had no clue that they was even under the house doing their as they was so quiet. Thank you Chris and Vinny for the great fellowship we shared as well.

  I had a wonderful experience with Bay Crawl Space. I had Beau initially come out for an inspection. Our dehumidifier needed to be replaced and he was incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions concisely and patiently. Chris A and Austin installed the unit a couple of weeks later. They were also friendly, polite and completed the installation within a few hours. I asked them how to change the filter and they were more than eager to show me. Lastly, Josh and Aaron came a couple of days later to install the hygrometer and splash block. They were professional and efficient. No complaints.
