    Owner/Employees have ********************* skills. No Communication with me after towing my vehicle for transmission service per the owner ****. The vehicle has been held for months. Received an update on the status of the vehicle after continuously contacting the office. I Had transmission replacement work done on my vehicle August 2021 at the same location that included a 3 year warranty to need a replacement transmission in August 2024. When I ashes the owner if the transmission should last longer than 3 years he advised that it should but have no answer as to why the same vehicle needs a replacement transmission after such a short period of time. His receptionist *** has been very negligent with the processshe advised that she didnt know how to transfer a call to **** the owner after hearing him yell to her to tell me he would call me back which again was unprofessional. She disrupts the conversation by hanging up in my face after asking why would she advise my husband that someone had been threatened with a knife in their business seemed to be an excuse to keep from addressing the issue at hand which was to speak with **** in reference to my vehicle and the lack of communication. Aamco-**************** business operation is wavering from dysfunctional to unprofessional and unsafe. Im Very Concerned! Upset and Need my Vehicle to Be *************** for my 7 out of 9 children as *** (the receptionist) mentioned that she had 4 children and that the job was not paying her enough to argue when in fact there was no argument just the truth that she could not continue to make excuses on behalf of ****. Thanks.
