4 starsVideo chat was the way to go. Pictures, selfie option did not work. Once I got to the video chat option, painless, quick and easy. Agent was professional.....had her stuff all in one bag. Five stars for her.ID.me, Inc.

5 starsIt is now an easy, friendly process. About a year ago I tried to establish a profile with ID.me and the experience was INTOLERABLE. I abandoned my attempt. Now, it seems they have their act together and it was a reasonably quick and painless process.Review fromCatherine B

5 starsIt was very safe, easy and for the most part fast. I did have some issues with the WIFI at my desk using my phone for the pictures but overall it wasn't too bad. I feel very secure.
