5 starsI first I was forced to use it to set up my IRS payment plan. Not to happy .Had some issues. But the rep on video call took care of it
But I'm happy now , I use it whenever it's asked on other site , like SS It's easy. I don't have to put in any information
All my information is passed on with my permission

5 starsReally not a hard process, just had to make sure I had everything together - thankfully, I had no tech issues, and instructions on how to take and upload photos and steps for initiating a video selfie were very clear - especially for a non tech savvy, non selfie taker!!!
