3 starsUse the video chat. The online verification is difficult to use and needs more work. The app wouldn't accept my cell phone number and when I used my landline (which doesn't accept text messages), I couldn't go back and had to restart the app 3 times. Finally, the video chat resolved all the issues.ID.me, Inc.
