    Combining Social Security, VA and the *** on ID.me makes it easier and faster and the verification process is the same and now I only use one user id and password for access.

    I had problems with uploading my credentials for my Social Security card and my license and birth certificate then I went to your video chat and I had to wait forever. Im waiting forever on someone and never got nobody so Im heading to go back and redo everything again and finally got Somebody on video call and I still dont know if it changed my direct deposit or not because it doesnt show me so yeah *****

    They claim to use AI for fraud prevention. Well, it doesn't work. I was made to redo my password endlessly. I eventually logged onto my UI benefits site. But the following week, it did the same thing, making me redo my password, and then locked me out of my account. I received an automated email that made no sense. I received no follow-up. I redid the non human chat received the same email and no follow up. I then waited 30--45 minutes to get a "human" in the chat. That person didn't know I had two tickets open, and kept telling me to be patient. Several minutes into the chat they finally realized why I was annoyed telling me, oh, I see you've been locked out of your account and then several minutes later, oh, I see you're previous tickets. Mind you this is already passed my filing deadline because I was locked out over the weekend for no apparent reason. He "escalated" the issue. My account was reinstated with no apology or explanation. I'm sorry, but if this is the future of AI and ID.me is the future of web security, I'm underwhelmed and out my weekly benefit. Shame on them. The government is being scammed using such a terrible service. All in the name of security and fraud prevention. I wonder how much that local government was paying prior to ID.me, and how much fraud occurred. I bet that would be very interesting.
