      My company was with another communications company acquired by *** so we were forced into their services in a sense. Their prices are incredibly high comp[ared to any other canadian suppliers and they continually increase prices. They have no customer service or location in ****** and are to far removed from their 3rd party techs here so if anything goes wrong you will left in the lurch,. Even though they have no contracts with customers they expect you to adhere to internal policies that are not shared with customers. Language barriers are evident and phone calls are difficult to understand and e-mails are aggravating due to poor comprehension from the *** responder. They should not be operating in ****** without a Canadian base period!
