      We ordered at a one time buy, however, come the next month, there is an email stating your order is on the way! Our credit card was charged! The email came on the 1st, we saw it on the 5th and I called. I was told to return it by refusing at the Post Office, no problem and the money will be returned to you card! I was told it was already on it's way! On the 8th we get and email stating that the bottle is in transit! I call again, now it is the 12th, and was told again, just refuse it, and return for refund! Wow, don't fool with this company! Not "Pure Health," but "Pure Aggravation!"

Upon further investigation, Your first order is under "Subscribe and Save" for auto shipment, also when you called on the 5th, the package had been forwarded to the shipping department thus we can no longer cancel it. Although we are pleased to hear that you are willing to refuse the package, the email you received back on the 8th is a notification about that order being in transit so that you may know when it will arrive at your door to be refused or returned to sender. We will process a refund once we receive the package back. You may call us anytime if you have further inquiries.

      This company took my money at the time of ordering in less then 15 minutes, products that were advertised as buy 2 get 2 free @ $34.00 per Btl. actually cost $69.00 per Btl (get outta here) Now I have to wait on their Refund policy 3 to 5 Days. The advertisement with the lady Doctor recommending this product should be ashamed for backing a Bait and Switch Purehealth Research Co. I spoke with customer service representatives (MIKA & CHRIS) and just like the companies response on the reviews that I am reading they had an accuse for everything!!! I will never have the opportunity to try the product because the billing department tried to charge me for more product then I requested and at a higher price as advertised. Don't waste your time watching that long video because at the end it's BUYER BEWARE.

      This is a horrible company to deal with. I was making an order and they made me an offer that if I add one more bottle for $25 I would get 3 free. Instead they charged me for the original two and added an order of 3 more so then I got the 3 free. It was over a $150 add on. I went round and round with customer service 3 times to get it cleared up.
      Then I get notice that my order was sent and again the receipt looks like they charged $153 over my expected price. I was buying the pills for a friend that did not have a computer. I will never ever deal with this company and you should not either.
