      Around August 19, 2025 Pure Health Research charged my Discover credit card $242.68. On August ******* the product arrived. Apparently I was on an automatic ship of product. I called Pure Health Research requested to return the product. They gave me the instruction on how to return: Pure Health Research, ************************** Va *****. I made sure the original packing slip was inside the box. I mailed the package to Pure Health Research **** Track #********************** which was delivered to Pure Health Research on August 27 2025. After numerous calls my Discover credit card has not been credited.

      On Sept. 17, 2 orders were placed via subscription, they were for the same thing...Blood Sugar.Order numbers are; PHR1-3838549 and PHR1-3475667 Obviously, I was double billed for $357.40 each.This is a failure in your subscription process

These people used my credit card information and charged me for things that I did not want -- even after I told them not to.8/27/2025:I was in the process of making a transaction with them on their website but stopped short of completing it. I gave up trying because I was not being allowed to complete the transaction. I kept getting prompted to buy more stuff which I did not want. I was stuck there. So, I decided that I was not going to do business with these people.8/28/2025:I received a call from them the next day. Some *** wanted to find out what went wrong with the deal. With the use of some colorful language I explained it. I let him know that there was not going to be a deal.8/29/2025 They had my credit card information so they used it. They went ahead and completed this transaction whether I liked it or not. I filed a dispute to this charge with my bank as soon as I discovered that this was done.9/2/2025 I have to believe that PureHealth Research is behind this too. I am now having to have my credit card replaced. A charge got made with my card to BLT*Divers Direct *********** FL for $1,408.01.Normally, attempts like this on my credit account are not successful. I get alerted by my bank to verify the transaction. I assume that this is because of that 3 digit security code.PureHealth Research has my 3 digit security code. This illegal transaction made with BLT*Divers Direct *********** FL sailed right through without a hitch. I am lucky I spotted this as soon as I did.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Yes, they provided confirmation for a forthcoming refund.  But at the same time they also blasted me shamelessly with a lot of sales-pitch for their product. Thats about it.
      There was no real acknowledgement of their wrongdoing.  Nor was there any statement made as to what corrective actions they would take.
      And now, as I read this Refund Statement of theirs, I can see that they did not have me listed as just a one-time purchase.  They actually went and had me enrolled into a reoccurring monthly subscription for their product!  I sure as h*** would not even consider agreeing to a thing like that.
      These people used my credit card information without my permission.  And then I find out that they intended to impose upon me a repeating monthly purchase.  And on top of all that, they apparently also compromised (or personally used) my credit card information in a way that really did end up costing me.  (I chronicled this in my prior statement.)
      PureHealth Research has their website rigged to pressure customers into buying more than what they actually want.  When somebody like me refuses to go along with their games it is too late.  They now have your credit card information,and you are now very vulnerable.  This is obviously by design.  Somebody needs to be fired over this.
      P. S.
      There is another issue here that should have been addressed but was not.  I now have the product that they sent to me.  What am I supposed to do with this?

      I ordered product, received it, did not work, then a couple of months later they automatically shipped more, I did not sign up for automatic shipping! Then they keep recharging credit card!This has been on going for 8 months

This is why additional shipments were sent automatically. It appears the customer may not have been aware that a subscription was created at the time of purchase.

      Please note that the subscription on the account has already been successfully canceled, so no further shipments or charges will occur.

      Regarding the refund, we also see there is an ongoing dispute. As soon as the dispute is closed, we will proceed with processing the refund immediately. We kindly advise to follow up directly with their bank regarding the status of the dispute.

      I thought I was buying supplements for $50. During checkout they keep trying to add other items. I kept clicking "no thanks". Eventually I was so frustrated I shut down my computer.I was never emailed a receipt which lead me to believe the order never went *********** I have a $750 charge on my card instead of $50.FRAUD!!

      I ordered their product "Lymph System" on March 21st. I was asked to do a survey and would be rewarded a gift certificate. They wanted me to tell them what I thought about the ******** send pictures of my legs before and after. Along with a video of myself. I would be given a gift certificate for my completed work which I did complete it all. A few days passed and I received a confirmation that they had received everything and they thanked me for my kind words and said it would be coming soon. Well I waited and nothing ever showed up so contacted them by email and was told that I no longer would be receiving it? nothing was ever said to me but good job and congratulations for a completed survey. The supervisor sent me an email saying he wanted me to do it again and I was sent a link by Mr. ******* *. saying here's the link and to do it again. With the new survey I did it all the same just more pics and submitted that. I got an email back days later saying that the campaign has ended! Sorry about my luck and great work but it's over now. I would ******* send me a new link knowing the campaign was ending and then wait for days to send me the final link to finish like before? I don't understand because I completed the survey once already I was told that it was completed by several of their companies Representatives and even doctor on the commerical introducing the pills and the main one asking for my assistance with the survey. She sent me a rather large Congratulations Email saying a did a great job and would be receiving the gift certificate as promised. I work so hard on getting all these pictures taken and answering all the questions to the best of my abilities for weeks. I even sent a video for them and it seems so unfair that I did all this work and then just got lied to by several of Pure Health. I treated me like I was nobody! I'd would like my gift certificate because I deserved it and I was told I completed it and would be receiving it within the week

      these emails dates show how ******* the supervisor sent me the link to do the survey for the second time on May 5th.  He didn't send the email stating the campaign was over till May 16th. That was days after I kept emailing him asking him for the last link to finish the survey but he just ignored my emails till it was to late.  He was suppose to send the last link only a few to several days later.. not almost 2 weeks later!

      I am rejecting this response because I was told the first survey was completed already yet they didn't send it to me.  The. May 5th I was offered to complete the survey again.  I did all the pics asked of me and waited.  I waited from the 5th of May to May 16th almost 2 weeks for them to tell me the campaign ended.   They should of sent the last link long before the 11 days to complete it for the second time but I was ignored for 11 days by ******* *.  Then I finally received a response May 16th saying it was over but I had finished it before then for the second time.  They are gonna use my photos and my video and what ever else I sent but I don't get compensated for the good job they asked me to do for them.  They haven't done anything to make this right but offer to do the survey again and then turn around and not compensate me for the second time.  They have ignored several texts and were rude to me on many phone calls I have made to them. They have not done anything to make this issue right absolutely NOTHING OR HAVE EVEN TRIED TO.

      I wasn't sent the voucher I most definitely deserve and was asked to complete two separate occasions and I did.  They state on this email that the voucher was sent and it most definitely wasn't.  I don't understand why they are making false claims about finally doing the right thing to find out that they lied to me again about receiving the voucher as shown on the many upload saying CONGRATULATIONS FOR COMPLETING THIS RESEARCH IT WILL BE A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOU WILL RECEIVE IN AN EMAIL.  I don't understand why they just don't do the right thing.  It doesn't make any sense why they refuse to make this right.
