      January I ordered 2 lymph system bottles. I received 10 bottles total. I kept 2 of lymph bottles and mailed back the others including several I had not even heard of. I phoned but was told I needed a tracking number. I went back to postal service and they said they could not produce a tracking number. I had a letter enclosed in with the bottles with all the information. I was shocked to see such a large shipment of 10 bottles when I ordered 2. It also cost me $32.00 to mail back the bottles.

      Hi. Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience regarding the order.

      Upon checking, we see that on January 11, 2025, the order was placed for a total of 10 bottles due to special offers added. We completely understand if  only intended to purchase 2 bottles, and we apologize for any misunderstanding.

      We have no issue processing the refund once the returned products have been received at our fulfillment facility. However, as of now, we have not yet received the return package. As part of our return and refund process, we require a tracking number to verify and trace the package. We understand that may not have been able to obtain the tracking number from the postal service.

      Rest assured, we will also double-check with our fulfillment facility for any returned packages. Once we confirm receipt, we will promptly process the refund.

      Hi. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for any confusion regarding the recent order. Upon checking, we found that the order was enrolled in our Subscribe and Save program. No need to worry, as the subscription has already been canceled, and will not receive any future shipments. 

      Additionally, we have processed the refund on March 21, 2025. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect in the account, depending on the card issuers processing time.

      The Business never disclosed any thing about a automatic renewal of the order in the join their site for discount and other products and promotions. They advertise a refund if thier products don't work but when you ask about the refund you get nothing but a run around and a we will investigate and get back with you. Only to never hear anything but the cricket in the corner.

      Upon reviewing the account, we found that your order placed on November 16, 2024, was submitted under our Subscribe & Save program, which includes automatic shipments for convenience. However, we completely understand that the customer may not have realized they were enrolled in a subscription, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      On Feb 7 2025 I ordered one bottle of Lymph System Support pills at $29 USD. Pure Health added 6 more bottles onto my order ( buy three get three free when you subscribe). I never subscribed to anything. Another $147 USD was charged to my charge card. I notified Pure Health Research that this extra charge was incorrect. The admitted I did not order the extra bottles bud would not provide a refund.

      Upon reviewing the account, we can confirm that an order was placed on February 7, 2025, which included 1 bottle of Lymph System Support and an additional special offer of Buy 3 Get 3 Free. Please note that this offer was added during checkout and may have been selected inadvertently.

      We understand the concern, and wed like to assure that we do not have any issue processing a refund for the additional charge. However, weve noted that the account is currently under a dispute status, which means we are unable to process the refund on our end until the dispute is resolved.

      To proceed smoothly, we kindly recommend to contact the bank to close or resolve the dispute. Once it has been closed, we will gladly process the refund from our end.

      On 1/23/25 PureHealth charged me for a second bottle of Bone Health that I did not order. They charged my card without my authorization. Apparently this is pattern & practice as there are similar complaints against this company, it cost me over $9 to ship the item back to them. This is unfair as I never ordered this item. I just want to warn others about this scam if they order from them.

      I purchased one supplement from this company over a year ago, but did not like it therefore had no need for more or any solicitation.. I emailed them on at least 5 occasions to take me off of their mailing list and it has yet to stop. They do not have an unsubscribe button which is unusual, but at this point I am not at all surprised. I want to be done with this company. Please help!

      The day before labor day I ordered 3 bottles of a Liver Health supplement.I received a tracking number and it reported a sequence of locations, arrival in ******* and promised delivery the next day in the first week, then two notices of delay and apology, no delivery date, then the entire record disappeared. I called customer service twice the second week and sent a note but received no answers. I asked for a replacement shipment which was denied.I then sent an email asking for help within a day or I would contact my credit card company.The second day I called my credit card company and we put the charge in suspense while they contacted ************I then got a notice form Pure Health of my cancellation.Two days ago I got a an offer of a $10 credit on a new offer.
