My Plumber Plus is a terrible company. A ****** search for another company brought up My Plumber Plus stating they would send a plumber today for an inspection fee of $49. I called them, they sent a technician who glanced (barely) at my stuck shower drain. He called his company and they said they would fix it for $427. I refused. I then called another company who said they'd send a plumber today and said if it required a drain snake the entire cost would be $79. My Plumber Plus, obviously, overcharges without even doing the inspection they insisted on charging for.Review from Bernard L

Technician sent to solve my leaky toilet was exceptional. Diagnosed and solved the issue in a very friendly and professional manner. I will certainly continue to use My Plumber Plus for all my plumbing needs.Review from Betty C

I was a customer for a couple of years and had several projects done. I did not have any idea if they were being reasonable. Then I had a wax ring replaced for a toilet. I got discounts as a senior citizen and a Plus member. The "discounted " price was $750.00 I later discovered that the wax ring costs about $7 retail and the job took less than an hour. This company is so crooked and unethical. Please do compare prices with other plumbers before you shell out your hard earned money to these people.Review from Cindy S

The teams at My Plumber are fantastic. We had excellent service from start to finish. Brandon came to see us to plan our HVAC purchase and he was professional, honest and fair. He kept track of the team that did our installation and checked back with us frequently. I highly recommend this company. They are not the cheapest but it was really clear that you get what you pay for. Knowledgeable and professional installers that knew what they were doing and they were clean and precise.Review from Ben G

I trusted them to do the underground leak and they overcharged me and the failed the Maryland county inspection and I called them several times and they didn't respond to do the inspection and I paid them 12, 000 dollars and the Maryland water company still charged me 1000 dollars...they stressed me out and never use them again. Terrible company and save your money and energy. I am considering to get a lawyer, let me know if you know a good lawyer who specializes on these. ThanksReview from Peter Z

A pressure reduction water valve leak developed in my basement. The technician replaced it in addition to a three foot length connecting pipe. The work took two hours. The bill was over $2100. I asked for an itemized invoice showing labor and material costs. The company customer serrvice representatve stated they only have flat rate charges for different repairs.Review from Jonathan C

On 07 October 2023, I discovered that my pressure safety device on the main intake water line in my basement was leaking. The My Plumber Plus plumber performed the work. I paid $2,180.00. for three tasks.The invoice does not itemize between labor costs ad material costs. There was a flat charge assessed for each item repaired or replaced. I am disappointed. I think the company should be transparent regarding what the labor and material charges are.Review from Jory R

Update (from my original google review): 8/23/2023 Just spoke with a customer service representative from My Plumber Plus, her name was Candace. From her quick search within their system, she indicated the Flange replace/repair should have been included within my original quote of $780. So why was the technician trying to add the additional repair when it was already included? And why was it going to be an additional $200 - $600 when it should be around $45 - $165? She also sent me my invoice; and according to the invoice, the $540 I already paid does include the replacing/resetting a toilet— which has not been done. She feels this is a mistake of communication but we will see. She also put a request in for the their plumber service manager to follow-up with me.Review from Sheree H

Tech came out to do courtesy check on HVAC and took pictures and sent them to my email. I know nothing about an HVAC system.. But he could've explained whathe took pictures of. Had he told me I had mold in my HVAC unit I would've had it cleaned and sanitized but he said nothing.. Now I have to put out way more than planned.. Canceled my membership today
