Not only do they not accommodate disabilities, they allowed someone sick to take the course without insisting she wear a mask or gloves. I’m sure I’m not the only person who caught what she had. Avoid this unprofessional company with poor customer service.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret that you left our course feeling dissatisfied.
At Nations Best CPR, we take the health, safety, and comfort of all our students seriously. We strive to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment. Your concerns regarding health precautions and disability accommodations are important, and we are actively reviewing our procedures to ensure proper protocols are consistently followed.
While we strongly encourage students to stay home when feeling unwell and take appropriate precautions, we cannot control when someone else may arrive to class while sick. That said, we are committed to improving how we handle these situations and appreciate your feedback.
We also want to clarify that you informed the instructor that you had a family emergency, which is why you arrived late and left the training early. We understand emergencies happen and do our best to support students during difficult situations.
Additionally, we attempted to contact you after the class to offer a free transfer to a future session as a courtesy and to ensure a better experience. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
We would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and help resolve this matter. Please feel free to reach out to us at your convenience.

I ordered a laminated certification card and in their receipt email it said it would take at least two weeks to receive it. After waiting more than two weeks, I emailed them telling them I never received the card. Long story short. I finally received my laminated card after seven weeks but had to keep on top of them through emails or I'm sure I wouldn't have ever seen it. Next time I will use someone else.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this concern. We’re truly sorry for the delay and inconvenience the student experienced in receiving their laminated certification card. As noted, our standard process involves using a third-party vendor to fulfill laminated card orders, which typically arrive within two weeks after their class date due to bulk orders. In this case, we did mail the original card as scheduled; however, we understand that mail delivery is not always predictable and, unfortunately, we cannot control what may be lost or delayed once it's in transit with the postal service. We also had a chnge in the person that previously handled the bulk order request.Once the student informed us that the original card had not arrived, we promptly issued a second card at no additional cost. We did our best to stay in communication and ensure the student ultimately received what they paid for. While we regret that this experience did not meet their expectations, we appreciate their feedback and have already begun reviewing how we can improve follow-up and delays moving forward. We have also personally reached out to the student as well to explain.

They canceled classes during Covid and were never able to offer a reasonable alternative. They sent one email with a list of classes at inconvenient times and locations. When I asked for an update a few months later they didn’t respond. The next time I asked for an update they told me my credit had expired and I would have to pay for another class. I wouldn’t attend their class if they paid me at this point. I see I’m not the only one here to experience this issue.

Scheduled a class pre Covid. They canceled the class and refused to refund my money. Seems to be a common theme no matter where you look. These folks are thieves. One of the operators called me the N word over the phone! I couldn’t believe it!

I was scheduled for a 10am class on a Saturday. I arrived to the location 10 min ahead of class, as instructed. When arriving at the location, I saw that the location was a construction zone with no obvious way to access the building by car or foot. I drove around the intersection searching for the entrance without success. Also, the building was run-down, and there weren't windows to see into the building, so I couldn't tell if others were in it or not. I parked in a nearby neighborhood and called 3 phone numbers, including the 24-hr emergency number. No one picked up at the 24-hr emergency number. I did speak to someone with the Red Cross, but they weren't able to help me since I booked through Nation's Best CPR. I tried to access the building by foot on all sides, but two sides were fenced off, and the sidewalk on the other two sides was completely dug up. I left a voicemail on the 24-hr number and sent an email. On Monday, they called me back and forced me to pay for another in-class session.
Knowing the class was located in a construction site, they should have included access information in their email reminders before the class, but there was no such information given. It would have also been helpful to include contact info of the instructor, which I would have called if available. It was also disappointing that no one picked up on the 24-hr emergency line. The most disappointing aspect, however, is that I had to pay full price for another session.
