      We had them replace our upstairs AC Unit in 2020. We were having problems with it feeling humid upstairs. A repairman came out and told us the unit was too big and there was nothing they could do. It was their fault they put the wrong unit in. If they had been professionals, they would have figured out why it needed to be replaced in the first place, and then figured out a 3 ton unit was too big and put in a 2 ton unit instead! So now we have been struggling to "dehumidify" the upstairs using a dehumifying unit. Our drywall is peeling and we're taking the hit after paying all of that money for the one they put in, and now we're going to have to replace this one! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Fast forward to this month. Our thermastat was not working correctly - it was not giving us a reading on the humidity (go figure), we called and they sent a man & a woman out. When they pulled up, they were in an black pic-up with no signage. The woman came to the door dressed in leggings, a hoodie (long nails, jewelry etc.) no uniforms on either person. She just looked at like it was a foreign object! I asked "have you done this before?" and she shook her head yes and said "I have to go get my tools." She came back in with no tools, but asked me if I had a manual. I did not, and I asked, if you have done this before, what's the problem? She ignored me and said "I'll just ****** it." I was literally shocked! So now I'm thinking, no sign on the truck, no uniforms, and she doesn't know what she's doing. Now I'm thinking I should have never let her in. I went to the door and yelled for them to leave, that they didn't know what they were doing. The man swore at me and they left. My husband I both called A-Advanced and got a voice mail We both left messages about what happened. Of course no one called us back. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

      AAdvanced heating and air conditioning is a wonderful company. They not only do heating and air but they provide other services. We had a tree taken down yesterday and it was done in a safe and professional manner. They did a spring check on our ac/ heat a few weeks ago and it was also done professionally. I highly recommend *** from this company and will continue to use them for all our repair needs

      Thank you ************************!! My heat stopped working last week (UGH) and I opened a ticket through American Home Shield (who I love - they are wonderful). Because the ticket was opened Friday, I was so afraid I might not even get a call back from the contractor until maybe Monday, and then a repair appointment - who knows when. BUT, **** from A-Advanced promptly called on Friday and so kindly scheduled for the next day - SATURDAY! The technician, ****, called when he was on the way, which is always so helpful and appreciated. It was a COLD, RAINY day, and I felt awful that poor **** worked for a couple of hours - soaked and cold, until my trouble was diagnosed and completely repaired. His knowledge, expertise, professionalism and friendliness were just amazing. I was so happy, WARM and grateful for this top-notch service. So impressed that I signed up for their twice a year preventative maintenance contract for $200. It's so reassuring to have a trusted proven expert taking care of our AC/Heat unit from now on.

      12/25/2022. This day will forever been in my mind, we experienced what the fire department said was a electrical fire, fireman stated to me that the fuse box for the ** unit caught fire due to faulty wiring that was done by A Advance technician. We purchased this unit in February 2022, paid in full. If we had not been home at that time *****am our home could of caught fire, causing disruption in our lives. Please whoever read this don't do business with this company, our Home warranty company dispatched them to us, we will no longer use this home warranty company after A Adance completes the repairing of fusebox issue, We have been without heat since that day, thank GOD the weather wasn't too cold. Also as a result of the above, the fireman switch off power to that switch box, the line is connected to our man cave, so we don't have power there and we had to run a ext cord to keep our food safe in our freezer that is in our cave. Such an inconvenience. A Advance yall just need to go out of ***************

      I would give them a zero rating if I could. We have cancelled our American Home Shield contract because this is a company that they use. We have had them to our home twice in the past 2 weeks and they still can't diagnose the issue with our AC. We have brought out an independent contractor and he has found the issue, which is not what they were claiming was wrong! I agree with the review of ****************, this company tries to bill for items knowingly not covered in contract to get you to have to pay. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Our independent contractor is doing the work for less than half the price this company tried to bill us separate from our warranty. Words from their owner *********************** "we don't work for free nor supply materials at no cost." I guess having a warranty doesn't cover this either!
