      Invoice was opened with then the first week of July for a AC/furnace issue. They came out and looked at it but then left with statement stay cool. Nothing more, no details of a follow up date or what next steps were. Two weeks go by and I call to ask when they are coming back, the dispatcher looks the case up and puts me on hold to ask them what the hold up is. She comes back to say they had to order a part and will be back out when it arrives. I asked how long it takes for the part to come in and she said 2-3 days, I let her know that it had been 2 weeks since they had been to my house so I expected them out as soon as the part arrived in 2 days then. I could tell I was getting the run around. They came and put the part on but that did not fix the problem and had to leave again. I called several times and got voicemail and never a call back. Then I would call my home warranty that contracted them to do the work and then I would get a call while Im working and a voicemail saying that my message came through incoherent. Every call that *** made has been while sitting at home or at work but ok all the messages were incoherent and not returnable. That took so long to fix the furnace which is over my second bathroom, that it caused a leak and the ceiling caved in. They are supposed to fix that. I called my insurance company to help partially with that and they got a mold remediation company in for me because I couldnt wait any longer. It is now one day until November and I am still not able to turn on my furnace that has been out since the first week of July!They said they needed to order a drip pan for me to use it because that is why it was leaking through the ceiling.

      We sent out to the consumers property. The consumer refused to make any payments so we left the property. We will not be returning.

      On 2 Sep 2022, I submitted a claim to American Home Shield for our heat pump not working. American Home Shield (AHS) assigned A Advanced Home Services to perform our diagnosis on the issue. A Advanced Home Services scheduled us for 6 Sep 2022 between 8am - 6pm. The technician didn't show up, so I called them around 7pm, and she stated that the technician was running behind and there were still other service calls ahead of us, and that they would reschedule us for 7 Sep 2022 as the first service call of the day. 7 Sep 2022, the technician finally arrived in the afternoon and diagnosed our heat pump issue as needing a new air handler blower motor and stated that A Advanced would order the part. We didn't hear anything back from A Advanced for over a month, so I called them. The representative stated that our repairs were approved by AHS, and that the part was scheduled to be delivered at the A Advanced warehouse the following day. Another week gone by and I didn't hear anything from A Advanced, so I called them on 18 Oct 2022. The representative stated that the part was in, and scheduled us for 20 Oct 2022 from 8am - 6pm. 20 Oct 2022, the technician (again) didn't show up, so I called them. The representative rescheduled us for 22 Oct 2022 8am - 6pm. At 9:25am on 22 Oct 2022, the A Advanced representative called to inform me that the part is damaged and that they would need to order another one. The representative stated that they would contact me to schedule a date when the part came in. A Advanced has wasted our families time by not showing up on the ************** that they have scheduled us. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a business. We are now at 51 days without our heat pump working.
