• Delivery Instructions:
• Thank you for your purchase. Please prepare for your delivery by following these simple steps.
The area must be clear and bed linens must be removed. If the area is not clear, delivery drivers will not be
able to set-up the merchandise.
• A person 18 years or older must be present to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed because you are
not at home during your scheduled delivery window, a $119.99 or $149.99 (Adjustable Base) redelivery fee
will be required before scheduling a redelivery.
• Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving customer's furniture or bedding, or dismantling customer's
headboards or frames. Delivery drivers are not responsible for setting up customers' existing headboards to
any frame.
• Delivery drivers will not remove old steel frames.
• Please inspect merchandise prior to the delivery driver leaving the residence; you may refuse delivery on
defective or damaged merchandise.
• Please note: In some cases, a Full or Queen size foundation will not fit up some staircases. You may need
to purchase a split-foundation at an additional charge.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you have questions about your delivery, please contact your store of
purchase.
• Due to health concerns, if a customer's old mattress/box spring is soiled or stained, our delivery team will
NOT remove it from the home. However, customers may request it to be moved to other areas within their
home
Mattress Savvy's Cancellation, Layaway, Refund and Comfort Exchange Policy. All paid in full orders can
be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, after 24 hours have passed, all refunds
are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A 10% down payment of the purchase is required to start a Layaway.
Payments made within a 30-day period are refundable with a 25% restocking fee. layaway payments are
non-refundable after a 30-day period. If payments are due for more than 90 days from the day of
purchase, a refund will not be issued. However, a store credit of all payments made will be applied to the
customer's account. Mattress Savvy is not responsible for discontinued merchandise beyond the 31-day
period on layaway hold. Pursuant to Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Bedding Law, the
following items once delivered or picked up cannot be returned or exchanged* All Box Springs,
foundations, adjustable bases, and all accessories including pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, bed
frames, rails, headboard or footboards, daybeds once picked-up or delivered are final sales. MATTRESS
COMFORT EXCHANGES* Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster and I Comfort offer a onetime comfort
guarantee of equal or greater value. However, customers are responsible for a $250 comfort exchange
fee that would include delivery and removal of the original merchandise. As-is and floor model's do not
come with a warranty. RIP'S, STAINS AND BURNS VOID THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND
COMFORT EXCHANGE GUARANTEE. PROTECT IT WITH A MATTRESS PROTECTOR. FEDERAL MATTRESS
FLAMMABILITY STANDARDS: Effective July 2007, mattress sets are required to meet the federal safety
standard for open-flame fire resistance. Per the sleep products safety commission, fire tests show that, in
many cases, a flame retardant (FR) standard compliant mattress that is used with a pre-standard
foundation (box spring) will fail the standard's testing requirements. So, mixing a new mattress with an
old foundation may pose a safety risk to you and your family. The mattress and foundation should be
replaced at the same time. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards give you and
your family more time to escape before the fire gets out of control. Mattress labels show that the
mattress meets federal mattress flammability requirements. It is important to note that increased fire
resistance does not mean there is no fire risk. I HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO
