    HORRIBLE COMPANY. LITERALLY EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM **** MY PACKAGE IS NEVER DELIEVERD WITH THEM AND I MEAN NEVER! I ORDRED 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS ALL SAME DAY WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY 09/23. 1 PACKAGE WAS WITH ***** AND THE OTHER 2 WAS WITH THIS COMPANY. I GOT MY ***** PACKAGE WITH TNO PROMBLEM ON 09/23 AS PROMISED ITS NOW 09/30 NO PACKAGE. WHEN TRACKING THE PACKAGE EACH DAY IT WOULD SAY OUT FOR DELIVERY BY 8AM SINCE 09/23 AND NOTHING YOU CALL THE COMPANY THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING I ENDED UP HAVING TO GET A REFUND FOR MY ITEMS.**** AND ANY OTHER COMPANY THATS USES THEM NEEDS TO GET RID OF THEM ASAP.

    this is the worst shipping company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I tracked the freight with them with there tracking number. Their tracking site said delivery appointment has been scheduled with consignee for today. I heard nothing from them. I've been waiting all day and nothing! I decided to call the company that shipped my freight with them and they gave me the same answer. Thought maybe I should call TForce customer service. The rep told me to hold on and called that branch. when she came back on the line she proceeded to tell me their driver was already out for delivery and they only deliver on Thursdays. That they didn't get my freight in the truck.She told me I could call the branch. So I did. What a joke! This guy gets on the phone and tells me sorry we were there last week and we only deliver every other Thursday and that the scheduled delivery day is the day they are supposed to call me. He couldn't"t Explain how the tracker said the appointment was already scheduled with the consignee (which is me) . Apparently now I'm waiting until next Thursday and get to call all the customers I scheduled and tell them I'm sorry *********************** company used a s*** shipping service. " I can't help you" The shittiest company I've ever dealt with. If I could leave a negative star review that wouldn't even be bad enough

    Worst customer service ever. Was ran around in circles and then ultimately hung up on. I was notified that my package was delivered to my front door. This was a complete lie. Here we are two days later and still no package. Where is package? I'd hate to think that their drivers are stealing. This is very unfortunate and frustrating and makes me leery about future ordering. Who wants to deal with stolen packages, lies and being given the run around.

    *** has either contracted TForce Freight or sold them the *** freight business. It is no longer being delivered by ***.TERRIBLE SERVICE! - Delayed my freight for 5 days. At this reivew, I still have received my freight. After repeated calls being bounced between *** and TForce and being hung up on by the customer service representative, I was finally able to talk to a customer representative that provided me an explanation. She indicated that the company needed to set up a delivery appointment and had been trying to call me but had been unable to reach me. When the customer service representative that was helping me tried to call the local appointment service center, she was repeatedly sent to voice mail. She tried to have me call back in the morning, but I explained this company had already wasted hours of my time and requested that she provide me the direct number, which she did reluctantly.I had no missed phone calls, text or emails indicating TForce Freight was trying to contact me. I finally got the direct service center phone number. This direct number NEVER tried to call me or text me. If TForce was calling on a 'restricted" line, personal cell number, or unrecognizable number that doesn't identify the company, I will not answer the calls.If you have freight, choose a different carrier than *** or it will get pushed off to TForce.

    I scheduled a pickup from the *** Freight pickup website. They said "we will be in contact with you shortly" only to have no communication until the truck driver arrived at the door. No quote, and nobody would give me a quote when I tried to call. This should have been my red flag to walk away. Foolishly, I made my own Bill of Lading, and the crate was on it's way. I have shipped things before via freight, and it was probably several hundered dollars at most. Especially since this was nothing too crazy in weight or size, I figured that it would be maybe one or two thousand at the MOST. Nope, $5,407. $1,500 was in "fuel surcharge" alone. I felt scammed. So utterly scammed. I tried calling and they said "we don't offer discounts to individuals" and after many pleas to help me with negotiating the bill, the gave me the ultimatum: pay up or we send this to a collections agency. Stay away. Do not do business with this company.

    We had a shipment of some really heavy plastic rolls delivered today. We have been delivering this material for years now because we run a business. The driver today refused to bring the pallet up toward my garage down my really long driveway to place the shipment closer to the house with the pallet ***** He left it at the very end of my driveway. When I asked him if he could please pull it up to my house, he told me no. I even told him people may have difficulty getting in and out of my driveway. He told me they can just go around. The shipment was also supposed to get a signature upon receiving it. He did not collect my signature. I called the company and they told me that they are not allowed to bring it up to the house because it is too dangerous. If they really want to play by the rules, he shouldve collected my signature. In four years of getting shipments delivered here by multiple shipping companies. I have never once had someone leave a shipment at the end of my driveway making it look like those materials were up for the taking for anyone who drove by. I am very small in stature, and I just had to break down a pallet with eight giant plastic rolls and drag them into my garage. This shipment I believe was approximately $6000 worth of materials. This is a ridiculous policy. The driver looked disheveled in street clothes. They really need to step up their game! However, we will never use them again, so I guess it doesnt matter.
