    I thought I was going to come here and be in the minority with my 1 star review but boy was I wrong. I wont even bother with our story because there are countless other ones like it. NEVER use these people for your freight needs.

    Zero stars is not an option, unfortunately. This company has a failing "grade F" rating here by the BBB, and it's obvious why. Their communication is terrible. My company was told to standby for a phone call in order to schedule a delivery time and day of a 600 pound crate. A scheduled delivery is necessary for me to ensure i have employees here to ******* and unload this (expensive) shipment. The driver showed up unannounced on a day when we are closed and I happened to catch him and ask what was up. The driver himself was really nice and understanding, and told me that i was indeed supposed to have received word from T-force regarding a delivery appointment. I spent the rest of my afternoon calling T-Force, every-time getting the run around and I was eventually patched through to a phone number that rang without ever being answered. This happened with every single phone call I made. T-Force will leave you in the dark. Do not use this company. If your shipment requires any type of timeline / communication / assistance unloading. By now, logistics and deliveries should not be so frustrating and unreliable.

    On 11/3/22 we shipped 2 speakers from ****** to ******** with * force freight . *he speakers were inspected and pictures taken to assure they were packed properly on the pallets by the * Force freight staff. *hey were then shipped to Michigan . On 11/9/22 , the receiver of the speakers in Michigan called and stated one of the speakers was damaged in shipping . *he driver that dropped them off in Michigan also noted at drop off the damage to the speaker and took pictures of the damage prior to leaving . We went to * Force freight on 11/11/22 and stated what had happened. *he person that had originally helped us stated that she could see where the damage had occurred during shipping and showed us the damage to the speaker in their system and where it occurred. She recommended to start a claim. We sent all the available pictures of the speaker damage that had been sent to us from the receiver of the damaged goods in Michigan plus the necessary paperwork that was recommended from the * force freight claims department to *********************** . I never heard another word of the status of the claim . So , after several weeks , I called to check the status and they told me * force freight denied the claim because of insufficient evidence of damage ! I was furious but called to speak with the person who was responsible for inspecting the claim, ********************************* . After 5-6 different calls to this person ,leaving detailed messages each call, ******************* never attempted to return ANY of my calls . I never received a notice from the company that our claim was denied. One of the persons I talked with told me the status was denied. Upon talking with the receiver of the damaged goods in Michigan, no one ever came to inspect the damaged speaker despite him leaving them untouched at the delivery site so * Force freight could document what damaged had occurred during their handling of the shipment . I discussed with my attorney my next step ...

    Worst customer service!!! my package was supposed to be delivered nov 23 and they haven't delivered it I have called more than 3 times to get a status on my package and every time I call they say its going to be sent in 24 hrs or its somewhere in he warehouse but never a good or actual answer with help once I ask who can I speak with to get more info or what I can do if they don't delivered it they stop me mid question & just say its going to arrive tomorrow and then hang up. DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK!!! I have never seen so many bad reviews on a company till I seen this one.

    Careless, lazy delivery couriers throw packages, walk over plants and jump over fences because they are incompetent to enter through the delivery entrance due to laziness.

    i see a pattern on how poorly this company services their customers and clients. i'm shocked how a company is ran so poorly and speaks volumes about how bad management and owners are there. if they were just honest and hired people that can actually understand what you are requesting then maybe it wouldn't be so bad. i mean i've never seen a company with such bad reviews in my entire life and the mere fact that they are still in business is truly mind blowing and also an embarrassment to other businesses that actually care. how they are allowed to do what they want and not take any responsibility for anything is just sad. do your job and service your customers to the best of your ability. is that so hard??? worst company in 33 years of my carreer. i'll be using ***** moving forward. at least they care. save your automated response because i know it's not an actual person. horrrible!

    They are horrible. I ordered a that was out for delivery on October 14th. On October 14 and 15th I get a no access notification.i have plenty of access to my door. In fact I've ordered the product before and I don't know if it shipped with another carrier but I didn't have that no access issues. October 16 the is a Sunday so unlike ***** they don't deliver on on Sundays. And as a truck driver I go out on Mondays and am out for 1 to 2 weeks at a time so I'm not able to take my package with me. If you can't deliver packages when you are scheduled hand the ball to a real delivery company like *****

    This company needs to have their billing practices investigated. They will invoice our company for shipments they transported for us and days even weeks later they add charges to the invoice without any notification. At no time should they add charges to an already remitted invoice. They should either credit the original invoice and rebill all charges on a new invoice or invoice the additional charges on a separate invoice. I can't tell how many times this has happened to me. Also when you sent a shipment third party billing - they bill you anyway even though all the documentation states THIRD PARTY BILLING and the billing address of the third party has been put on the bill of lading. Then trying to get them to credit you and re-bill it to the correct company is futile. They try to tell me they couldn't bill the third party company because they were a cash only customer. Since when does that become my problem? At no time when the order for the shipment was created did their site state this customer could not be billed and this was told to me a month and a half after I first contacted them to have this re-billed. It so happened the company this was to be invoiced to was one of our branches and they confirmed they were in good standing with TForce and they had not payment issues with them. Therefore their representative intentionally lied to me and would not let me talk to a supervisor when I asked to speak to one. I honestly don't know how this company could still be in business and how they are not on the ****************************'s radar. Their accounting practices are obviously unethical and most likely unlawful.

    We tried shipping a large, very heavy and expensive piece of equipment with TForce freight. They destroyed it during shipment. It weighed at least 500 lbs and they somehow managed to break it in half. Our customer had to go to their warehouse to inspect it since they couldnt deliver it in that condition. The item was broken, unwrapped, upside down on a completely different pallet. The shipment was refused and returned to me. We filed a claim for the $6000 piece of equipment and received $515 because they have a stipulation in their fine print to only pay $1 per pound for damages. On top of that, they are hounding me to pay the actual freight bill!! They want me to pay it and then file a claim to be reimbursed. Absolutely ridiculous!! They already acknowledged destroying the freight and not making delivery, so not sure how they think they can justify trying to make me pay the bill. We ship all the time, but we will Never use TForce again!

    My shipment was picked up by tforce freight on the 22nd of August at ********** to be delivered to ****** on the 28th of August. Guess what! It hasn't been delivered. I called a couple of times and they always promised to get back to me within 3 business days but no one ever called me. It's the 2nd of October and I still do not know the status of my shipment. Whenever I call, they tell me the shipment is missing and they are trying to locate it. I am still surprised that a pallet weighing over 1400LB could vanish into thin air without a trace. I have spent hours on the phone over the last couple of weeks and still haven't gotten any update.
