    This company has very predatory practices. I live in an apartment community and the leasing office has a contract with them to tow cars for parking violations. What is actually happening is something different. Residents and guests are being towed despite having the proper resident parking sticker and/or guest passes. Not only that, but they also require CASH to get the car back. This business randomly chooses how much they want to charge, and their charges are not aligning with the fees that they have listed at their office location. My guest's vehicle was towed with the current month's guest parking pass. We made a mistake of not circling the actual date that he parked, however we were first time offenders of that small oversight. I have always followed parking protocols in the 2 years I have resided it and I have ensured this for my guests as well. The car was towed before 6am, however they do not allow owner retrieval of the vehicle until 11am! My guest was unable to go to work that morning because of this! The towing rep was rude and argued with us as well. When you go to their ****** reviews, it is clear that they are predators and taking advantage of the system in place. Another resident's guest missed their child's graduation due to the same situation that happened with us. The towing drivers have argued and been very rude when their practice was questioned. Please look into this business. They do not deserve their contract. I will also take my complaints to the rental office.
