  I gave in to a door-to-door salesperson who claimed this product would control my wasp problem. It did not work! The wasps were back the very next day every time. I could have handled them better with RAID for a tiny fraction of the cost! Furthermore, the sales tactics are shady and manipulative, to the point of scamming. I was told I could cancel at any time if I tried the service. When I went to cancel due to it not working, they wanted to charge me $150 to do so (which was never mentioned in the sales pitch, of course), even though THE PRODUCT NEVER DID WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO. Then they tried to sell me a smaller package, and I agreed just to get them off the phone, and just never signed the new contract. I thought that took care of it, but instead they came out and performed service ANYWAY - without my permission - and then charged my card after I canceled - WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. And now they are refusing to refund it, even though there is no contract where I agree to pay for it. Is this even legal?? DO NOT give your credit card info to these scammers!! As far as I can tell, they probably sprayed water and charged me $150 for it.

  Terrible experience- *********** didn't work for us at all and they charged $151 to cancel the service. I was also harassed by their salespeople via three phone calls and text messages in their attempts to keep me from canceling my service. Be aware of car-salesman-like conduct. They pitched themselves as some small "brotherly love" company and in the end I was just treated like another number.
