      FYI- your appointment time is not really your appointment time. They require you to come in 20 minutes before your appointment but what they dont tell you is even you check in online and come at your appointment time theyll send you home and make you reschedule for being 20 minutes late. I was sent home for being at the office at my appointment time and previously pre checked in. It didnt help the receptionist was rude and short with me when I tried to understand how a 4pm appointment required me to come in at 3:40. Its frustrating to have travelled all the way to the business just to be sent home for an arbitrary rule that only makes sense to the business and not its consumers.A waste of my time, energy, and gas. This is what the email confirmation says-Step 1 Confirm your appointment and pre-register for your visit. If you are unable to pre-register for your appointment, you must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Pre-registration is required to maintain your appointment time.

      I was referred to this office by my new Dr. I drove there and while at the visit found out that my eyes would be dilated, and I said why didn't your office tell me so I could get a ride, driving while dilated is very dangerous. Said they were sorry for the error and I had to wait there in the waiting room for an extra amount of time for the eyes to return to a safe level to drive home. IN the office they have a patient fill out forms on their special tablet where you can hardly read the writing....no copies given to me or anyone else for our records or to review later. I had difficulty reading and I have no idea what I signed for........I finally get to see the actual *******************************???who is very pushy not so much with explaining what the procedures are but about me paying the higher amount of the three procedures because "I should get the best for myself and don't I feel I am worth it?" no matter how many times I told him I can only afford the DEFAULT lenses which is 100% covered by my insurance and the highest is over $750..he continued to push me to make the decision of the highest amount and procedure...When I was leaving the office I felt sick, and kind of disrespected as a Women and Patient...I alerted the front desk person of what happened and told her not to bother with a going forward appointment that I would not be giving this office and Dr. my business..I was unable to feel secure in letting this pushy ******************************* have anything to do with MY EYES... Found a trusted office to work with.
