New and Pre-Owned Manufactured & Modular Housing retailer with over 19 years of experience

Products and Services

We pre-qualify prospective buyers, professionally show the features of our listed homes, enter into sales contracts on behalf of the home's owner(s) and begin the financing process if needed. We submit our buyer's loan application to our network of lenders who specialize in manufactured housing mortgage loans in order to obtain the most favorable rates and terms for our buyer. We process each loan application for our buyers and handle as much of the paperwork and hassle that we can, including collecting and submitting conditions requested by the lender to facilitate the underwriting process. Closing/Settlement, which takes place right in our office, can be scheduled in as little as 10 days from contract signing, depending on lender and other factors involved. We NEVER charge a closing/settlement fee to our customers and we ALWAYS provide a 1 year buyer's home warranty with every home we sell, from American HomeShield.
