    Had the company come and install windows in my home for a pretty hefty price tag. Now they keep harassing my wife and I to have them do more work for us. I have asked them, told them, and demanded finally that they remove us from their calling list to no avail. We're now about 20 calls deep and counting! Do not do business with this company unless you want them to continue calling you for at least 5 years afterwords trying to get more business from you.

    Years after installation my front and sliding glass door are as good as new, everything the company said it was going to be and more. Fabulous project manager and very professional.

    After multiple times telling them I already hired a contractor. I was routinely bombarded with calls. Asked multiple times to remove me from there call list. Obviously they didn't I continue to receive calls from them.

    We apologize for the intrusion. You signed a form for estimates with us in December of 2023 and then again in October of 2024 for replacement windows and new siding. We do follow up from time to time to try to provide the service you requested. We have added your phone number to our internal do not call list. You will no longer receive communications from us.

    My experience shopping at *** on Friday, after shopping leaving *** two young gentlemen ******* and ***** from Ameritech approached me inquiring about windows. They were so kind, attentive and professional. Then Ameritech sent their Rep ***** out. He was so Educational and Informative, was very patient and answered any questions I had. I was so surprised with the kindness and professionalism of the people that work with this company. I want all the *** and Ameritech management as well as any future customers to know these companies have some fine men and women that are a pleasure to work with

    Ameritech installed my attic insulation in 2018 and windows in 2020. Their windows are very well designed. Very energy efficient, they help me to save a lot of money on energy, and easy to open/clean. If you call them for anything they will be come right out. Installers were very clean. Im thinking doing my doors and she did an excellent presentation, I love the structure of the door, designs and practicality. I highly recommend Ameritech.

    Ameritech installed my front windows a year ago and I'm totally satisfied, it was a noticeable change to the front of the house and curb appeal. I love my triple pane and the solid master frames. I'm now moving forward with the upstairs windows, and complete the energy efficiency of the house. The installers were great, and cleaned up everything afterwards. My project manager was great and she explained her products very well.

    UPDATE.We did our front door 3 years ago and we are very pleased! They are highly energy efficient, no more drafts, the installation was very clean and professionally done. We are moving forward now with a sliding glass door and a set of french doors for our basement. We are repeated customers because we are pleased with the company and the project manager was prompt and she answered all our questions.The presentation was excellent!! very professional, on time. She showed us a lot of different possibilites of what we might be able to use and very delighted with them and excited to see the final product excellent presentation

    I have used this company to replace windows in my upstairs and kitchen. My utility bills (gas and electric) have decreased tremendously. In addition the astesthetics of my home have improved. I also had my main entrance door replaced. This is a show stopper.

    Ameritech construction installed our bay windows 4 years ago, we love their energy efficiency and glass technology, the tint, we could tell the difference from day one, no more drafts and they blocked the cold in the winter and hot in the summertime. The manager was very kind, professional, explained everything in detail and she inspired me in continuing working with the company that I trust.

    I am a 5 times very satisfied customer, I love the quality of their products, energy efficiency, professionalism of their managers. They did my trim, gutters with protection, front door as well storm door (I always get compliments from people walking their dogs). Today Im starting the next project, sliding glass doors, she was extremely knowledgeable about the slide doors and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I will spread the word about my great experience.
