    Car dealer not to be trusted, lies about everything the price of the car an car note car when from 22,000 to 32,000 plus 6000 for some insurance car note 560 to 777 a month everything on the contract as not what we verbally agreed on very dishonest dealer, was told contract would be fixed that as six month ago still noting happen was told to stop calling they waiting on finance company, very very dishonest practice

    This company has the worst customer **********************. They also do a bait and switch with the price. Car was advertised for one price they show you finance stuff on computer screen and once you sign screen they upcharge/change the price of the finance total and then never respond or answer your calls. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!! We have left numerous voicemails to point they have blocked some phone numbers.

    I live out of state, bought a car from this dealer. Sale went great, but I can't get car insured. It's been 2 weeks and can't get this dealer to send the proper forms to my insurance agent. Simple email. But nothing. Every time I called, I would get "oh ill take care of it right now" but nothing. Insurance agent gets the same run around.dont know what legal remedy there is. But I know one thing I AM NEVER BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. They took my money and then didn't follow threw. So now I have 40k uninsured , unregistered paper weight in my driveway. And can't get this dealer to resolve it. Buying this car should have been a good experience, but all I feel is screwed over.

    We numerous times emailed copy of title to you and your insurance agent, almost all states do not require this procedure you are following, however we know MA is a unique state and requires certain things. I can guarantee you both you and your insurance agent got these documents, because we have an email thread supporting this statement. The vehicle you purchased is solid, the deal you got was excellent, in essence you did not get “screwed over” by the dealership who merely only sold you the vehicle, your issue lies with your insurance agent. We are not responsible for obtaining insurance for you however if you like we can definitely help you obtain insurance in your home state. Thank You

    Bait and switch - regularly advertise cars for a good price without actually having a car to sell at that price.
