              I prepaid in Feb 2021 with ****. I was assured by ******************* that I prepaid for lawn treatments and mowing. She called multiple times in the month of April to confirm my account was paid in full. Today I got a bill for $783.54 for services I prepaid for.

              MowCow's lawn service is not a good product and their customer service is horribly non-existent. Their weekly mowing service is never done completely, leaving uncut spots everywhere. They try to do a whole lawn in 10 minutes or less. We track and record it. They have little care for their customers' yards. The yard looks embarrassing each week especially given how much they charge. Additionally, they damage structures on property with no care or concern. We've repeatedly complained for 6 months about leaving grass growing onto our walkways among other issues. We never received a response, but rather watched one of their crew members drive up to our house, rip out a spot by hand, and leave. That's the only time it's been touched despite 6 months of complaints. Any reach-outs, inquiries, or complaints go unanswered whether it's via phone or email. MowCow simply does not respond. However, they will call you to try and get you to sign up for new services. The same issues continue to happen with their crew and the company simply does not care enough to respond. This pertains to multiple staff members. Calls and emails are never answered. Once they have your money, they do the least amount possible. They should be avoided.
