The dealership has decided to disregard and violate the terms and conditions of the warranty contract. The contract states that I am able to cancel my GAP and PWI insurance within 30 days and receive a full refund. The dealership is refusing to submit the cancellation information after being provided the required documentation and the requested documentation that was not necessary to cancel. Both Premier warranty and dealer loyalty protection have confirmed that I am well within my rights to cancel the policy. The documentation and recordings that I have support my claims of reaching out to the dealer requesting a cancellation of the policies resulting in $3399. I have physical copies of the contract as well as documentation from both agencies that I have called in attempt to contact and cancel the contract.
