The dealership has decided to disregard and violate the terms and conditions of the warranty contract. The contract states that I am able to cancel my GAP and PWI insurance within 30 days and receive a full refund. The dealership is refusing to submit the cancellation information after being provided the required documentation and the requested documentation that was not necessary to cancel. Both Premier warranty and dealer loyalty protection have confirmed that I am well within my rights to cancel the policy. The documentation and recordings that I have support my claims of reaching out to the dealer requesting a cancellation of the policies resulting in $3399. I have physical copies of the contract as well as documentation from both agencies that I have called in attempt to contact and cancel the contract. All parties involved are violating the terms and conditions of their contract. **** the manager is rude and lacks customer service quantities of a professional. Jesus is dishonest and misleading with information and continues to hang up the phone when I state my name answering the question of who is calling. **** asked me directly to reach out to him with any concerns. I have called **** 12 times and gotten no response over the course of three weeks since the start date of March 6 to now March 17. **** has said to me in a very rude manner that he will no longer be speaking with me about the manner and I can “do what I’m going to do if I want to complain to whoever”

This location terrible at handling business. Poor communicationn, lack of comprehension and listening to the customers needs. I applied for a vehicle which I was approved for my rep was ***** throughout the process I continuously had to remind him I lived a few hours away and when I planned to look at the vehicle . He never said there was an issue with holding the vehicle or if I needed to pick up within a certain amount of days and everything was fine. I sent a family member to the lot to check it out but the car wasn't ready to be viewed - next day - all of a sudden the vehicle is now ready. I reminded him once again that I would have to come the following week- supposedly now someone else is in process of purchasing the vehicle . A waste of time, poor communication, and terrible customer service. Why complete the background work get the vehicle imported to the lot for me to be picked up next week as I originally communicate to sell before I get there. I can only go by what the rep shares with me and he never communicated an issue with me picking up the following week. I have a multiple hard credit checks for a vehicle on no longer able to purchase

I purchased a 2014 ******** *** *** from dealership in august of 2022. I've had issues with the dealership with this vehicle from the beginning, I attempted to trade in my car and the new dealership advised my car cant be traded as it shows 4 accidents 7 owners And structure damage which causes the car to be unsafe. I was not made aware of the damage to the vehicle and it being unsafe to drive the dealership did not disclose the structure damage. I would like to return the car and be refunded for my payments and the loan removed so I can move forward with a new car. Please let me know how I can get the assistance needed to move forward.

Date of the transaction 11/17/2022 Paid cash for a 2016 **** **. We tesr drove the car and looked at it, nothing was wrong. Asked them to wash it, the front grill was busted, but we didn't see it because it was dark when we left. Called, spoke with *****, on 11/18/22, went back to Premier on 11/19/22 spoke with ****. We want the grill replaced at no cost return the car. They tried to say there is no 72 hour policy about car deals in Virginia. I like the car and I just really want them to repair it. I'm a Veteran and we should not be treated like this. Thank you for your time.

I bought a ***** ***** from Premier Automotive on April 2, 2022. The amount that I paid for this vehicle was $31,000 + I paid $3,000 for a completely bogus and fake warranty. The car in total cost me $34,000 with the fake warranty. The car had been in a serious accident with busted transmission, busted engine, and frame that had been bent to the point of not being even safe to drive. Not only that, this dealership (Premier Automotive) had forged the Carfax documents to hide the history of the accident and had repaired it just it drives for a couple of weeks. This car had been totaled/junked but repaired enough so none of the problems will be visible during test-drive and sold it to me without disclosing the information on the damages or the accident. This car is completely worthless and not drivable. Moreover, Premier Automotive teamed up with another car warranty company (PWI) that's their sister company to sell us a completely bogus warranty for $3000. Both businesses are nothing but crooks and scammers. This dealership's entire business is based on SCAM and stealing people's money even if it means selling unsafe cars to customers. Here are the damages of the car they sold to me:1. The frame is completely bent and drives sideways.2. This car with the seriously damaged frame is not safe to drive.3. The transmission is completely busted to the point where it overheats the engine to the point of catching fire. 4. The engine when driven for 2 hours is producing smoke and fume and is about to catch fire. I told Premier Automotive about these problems, they completely denied to fix any of the problems. When I called the warranty company PWI, they also ignored that I even had a problem, let alone fixing them. When I took it to the ***** dealership to see if the car can be fixed, they told me that car is beyond repair since it wasn't even safe to drive this car with bent frame and an engine that has potential for catching fire.

we purchased a veh from Premier Automotive We were told no accidents no prior damage, They could not get the ****** to print for us that day. Salesman stated with the *** *** warranty that if there was anything we found or prior damage we could return the vehicle no questions asked up to one year. Out of curiosity we pulled one the following week because the first day i drove it to work it was blowing antifreeze thru the front vents. The car fax stated it had had major structural damage. It had 2 accidents. Tried to call dealership to discuss and bring vehicle back and we were hung up on, put on hold for an hour, stated the manager or salesman was not there. They we actually laughing. This is not ok and from the reviews that i am now reading this is awful for a business to treat customers and it is not ok. i just want to return the vehicle Sign a form that gets sent to bank to cancel the loan (per bank) and try to discourage anyone from buying a vehicle from this dealer.

My mother is on disability, and needed an affordable car she can rely on, she needed a co-signer, so I helped her get what I thought was a good car. When we were there the car wasn't ready yet, then it was, then the dealer said he had to go to a funeral, then he mentioned the "as is" being the only light in the car but they would have it cleaned and he was leaving, the price negotiations somehow jumped from the offer I wanted on an app, to a completely different offer at a different bank, the dealer stated he wanted to keep the payments low for my mom and it helps her over time. These all should have been red flags, but I believed the guy. A few months down the road the tires were worn so badly, we had to put new tires on the car and they were unable to rotate the tires, as they stated the spokes were bent, and therefore it will also not pass inspection. We get the new tires and attempt to understand, ***** Blue Books car fax DIFFER very much from the ****** from the dealer stating the car is unable to be quoted a price of worth because the frame has been bent and dangerous to drive. So while we are trying to understand what needs to be done to the tires and frame the car breaks down on the side of the road, we get it towed, and the mechanic told my mom it was the worst chop shop he had seen in a while. She was lucky to be alive as it's dangerous to drive on a bent frame. The motor is completely blown, the gaskets had been shaved down from the looks of it and it was missing several hoses. He said replacing the motor wouldn't even be the start of the problems the car has. I know we purchased an "AS IS" car assuming responsibility for what is predisposed as normal maintenance matched to manufacture suggestions and or repairs. Now my disabled mother on a fixed income does not have a car due to it blowing up after only 10 months on a five-year loan and is now in a situation where she cannot afford another car and still has years of payments remaining.

I purchased a car from this dealership on Sep 20, 2022. The first I time I drove the car for a "real" drive (Sep 21, 2022), I noticed a "roaring" noise. I brought the car to a mechanic the following day for a quick inspection and he said the car looked great, but once he drove it around, he said that the wheel bearing was awful. He said that wheel bearing issues are something cars with 13,000 miles should not have and that it's an issue that should have been addressed before being put out for sale. I called the dealership the next day at 9:29am and explained the situation to them and the guy on the phone told me that Mike (the manager) would call me back later in the day. At 1:57pm I called back and I was told the same thing that he'll have Mike call me back later in the evening. After I got off work, I called them again at 7:02pm and requested to speak to Mike. Mike spoke to me and once I explained the situation, he told me to call him back at 10:30am tomorrow. My Father and I called them at 10:30am and they had held us on hold for 6 minutes. My dad hung up and called him on his phone and spoke to Mike and after hanging up my dad told me that they would call him back in 15 minutes. My dad had called them again 30 minutes later and told me that the dealership stated they had no intention of paying for the cost of the repair or repairing the vehicle themselves. I researched about wheel bearings, and confirmed what the mechanic said that it is not safe to drive the car for long. I have to get the car wheel bearing repaired out of pocket because I need a car for work and would like the Premier Automotive Inc., to pay the cost to fix it. I understand that I signed the As Is Warranty. I signed it in good faith but did not expect to buy a car that is practically deemed not safe to drive only a day after purchasing it. The dealer gave us the run around. I believe the dealer was aware of the problem and chose not to address it either by fixing it or disclosing it.
