I had been speaking with Jay N**** for several days. He assured me that I was approved after I asked him several time because I know the difference in pre-approved and approved. I told him that I wasn’t going to the dealer with just a pre-approval. So nevertheless, he told me to go to the dealer and he was forwarding all my paperwork over and ask for the manager name (Anthony). So I did. I get there and basically had to do everything all over again. Mind you I did the application on line. So once again before hand I asked him was I approved. Again he said yes and told me the amount of the approval. So needless to say he said they had programs that I qualified for and that the bank that did the approval wanted money down that they were going to pay on my behalf I just had to go into the dealer to finalize. So, all that he told me were lies and the bank wanted a large down payment in order to finalize the deal. I express to him that I didn’t want my time wasted that I been turned down and would need a co-signer. So he just lied to me for days and they kept texting me to go into the dealer to be embarrassed which I didn’t want and expressed that to him. I was unaware that they get something I’m not sure what for sending people to the dealership. Point is they made me waste my time and the person that I had take me there. I’m so glad that I didn’t get dropped off because he told me that I was going to drive off the lot today. After reading the reviews I’m kind of glad because they said a lot of them cars are lemons and had been in accidents, rust and other issues. Let’s me go back a second Anthony had nothing to do with this. My issue is with Jay. He is a liar and misrepresented the sale and approval of said sale. I am concerned that this has happened to several of people and I think something should be done. It’s false advertising and misleading.
