On 12/8/2023 i ordered some CDs from them. Still havent been shipped and im getting the run around. Just want a refund at this point and never want to do buisness with them again. Inv. ********* , its under 100$ but i want my money back.Business Response

I ordered a vinyl in November and it still has not shipped. I have contacted guest services THREE times, and every time they have said my package is shipping soon. it still has not shipped a month later. On the website it advertises to order your stuff before December 9th to get it before Christmas but I ordered mine waaaaay before that and it still has not shipped with four days until Christmas. I purchased an item on 27/11/22. Order no. (*********). I checked shipping information/guidelines. I paid extra shipping to have the item arrive in 6 to 16 days. I was emailed that it would be shipped on 2/12/22. I was told it had been allocated. It has been showing as in progress for 2 weeks. No-one will reply to my emails asking when it will be shipped and it is clear it will not arrive before Xmas. I will never purchase through this site again. So disappointing. So much money and I will have to purchase something else locally for my son for Xmas.Business Response

I ordered a product on 12/03. During the purchase, product would ship in 3-7 days. It's not 12/13 and still no product. Contacted them by email,and the email seems pre-populated staying my product is allotted and there is delays with shipments due to the holidays. I have still yet to get any tracking info which nothing has shipped. I want my product or my money back.Business Response

I placed an order on Nov 25 order # *********. I reached out last week regarding shipping of my order as it is coming to ****** and I am concerned about it arriving before Christmas I was told my order was showing Allocated and should ship in a day or two that was 6 business days ago and nothing. Reached back out to them and was told my order is still showing allocated and should ship in a day or two, when I told the person I was told the exact same thing last week I was told if I didnt want to wait I could cancel my order?! I really want my items they are a special gift for someone. When I ordered there was NOTHING stating that my order would not arrive in ****** to me before Christmas. I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of theI would like to wait to confirm that my order does actually ship as I was told it was shipping 6 days ago and it did not. It will be two weeks on Friday since I placed my order. If I get confirmation from them my order has in fact confirmed to have shipped I will absolutely accept and withdraw my claim. I bought a new shirt that is expensive. As with new shirts I washed it before wearing it. After I washed it, the print started to crumble off. I asked for a replacement, they said no can do because I already washed it. Am I never supposed to wash this shirt? What are they thinking? I have shirts almost 10 years old and the print is still going strong. Not asking for refund, ** asking for another shirt to replace what I spent money for.Business Response

I placed an order for an ********************* music LP on January 25th. I was told I would receive an email with tracking. I got the tracking info 2 months later in March.It said that the label had been created and no other info was available. I've been checking constantly on the website and kind of forgot a little. I check again today and it said label created and no other info available. I sent the company an email and I was told that because it wasn't within 30 days of the parcel arriving they couldn't help me.The parcel never arrived. I've been keeping an eye on the tracking info which is unchanged since March. Also, I would like to point out that it was 2 months after my order that I got the tracking info - so would still have been outside of the 30 days.Business Response

Ordered a t-shirt on September 6, 2022 - a red ********************* shirt with a peace sign. I received the wrong shirt on September 19th - a dark blue shirt with a picture of *****. I contacted them and received a return label. I returned the shirt and was told I would receive the correct one. On September 30th I received the same wrong shirt. I requested that they verify they are sending the correct shirt and also noted that their online store showed that the shirt I had ordered now has a different item #. In addition, the shirt theyve sent me twice isnt even listed on their website to order. Just a random shirt? My emails included pictures of what was ordered vs. what was received. On October 3rd I received a response that they reached out to the warehouse to verify they were pulling the correct item. I responded that I had ordered the shirt for a specific concert and that it would now be too late unless they sent it overnight. Ive sent a few messages since then with no response. My last email asked for a refund since they werent responding and I wouldnt receive the correct shirt before the concert, which is tomorrow. To date, no response since October 3rd. They also didnt provide a return label for the 2nd wrong shirt. Thank you.P.S. I tried to upload pictures showing my order and what was received but I got an error.
